It's Subway. It's hit-and-miss depending on staff and time of day. Sometimes it's a lot better than others. Staph can sometimes be rude and or not be able to communicate well. Others you're very polite, outgoing, friendly and helpful. I've also had both kinds of experiences with their food and preparation as well as cleanliness. Sometimes the restaurant is not very clean or fresh as well as sometimes you're getting the bottom of the barrel so to speak when it comes to some of the ingredients that are out. I think they made a change in their bread years ago and it really hasn't been the same since. They have started in my opinion skimping on everything from the way they slice the bread, to the amount of toppings they give you. I often have to ask them to continue to add things such as lettuce Etc. Otherwise, he'll just get a sprinkling. Took forever for him to make the pretzel and then when I started entering my phone number at the register for rewards he snapped at me to stop because it was going to mess up his system. I think he thought I was trying to pay and so we sat there, staring at each other while the screen was telling me to confirm my phone number for rewards. I finally just hit the button and everything went through just fine despite him continuing to snap at me. I then called again and she told me she couldn’t do anything about it until the owner came the next morning. So I went this morning and she was very rude when telling me she wouldn’t do anything for me. I told her I leave for vacation and won’t be back for a week and by then I’m sure there’s nothing that can be done and she just shrugged her shoulders and ignored what I had to say. Very unimpressed and it is also very frustrating not being able to talk to the rest of the workers because none of them speak an ounce of English.
