Xfinity/Comcast should be shutdown for theft and fraud. After noticing my bill increasing slowly, I finally combed through their monthly statements only to find that they were billing me for "add-on" channels that did not even exist. After being informed twice by their "Virtual Assistant" service that the channels had been removed from my account and that I'd be credited (neither of which ever happened), I went to the Xfinity store, where a manager was finally able to remove these channels from my bill. Despite being told to expect a credit for the years of over-billings-- I never did. Shame on you Xfinity for stealing money from people, and for lying to them about expecting account credits/refunds for services they never signed-up for. UPDATE: Now Xfinity is sending text messages threatening to send my account to collections (photo attached). After the hours and hours spent on the phone with Xfinity, and multiple in-person visits to their store in St. Louis Park, they continue to fail at resolving this issue. With this kind of poor customer service, and now multiple other internet & cable providers available to choose from, it would not be a surprise to see their store close. Again, shame on you Xfinity.

Comcast didn't get permission to run a cable and drill a hole in my property and from other experiences as usual did it in an unsightly way. A tenant of mine called to get Comcast TV. Comcast ran the cable in the most convenient way for themselves and drilled a hole in the side of my stucco building without permission. To top it off they did not seal around the cable going through the outer wall. This is by far not the 1st time I have had trouble with installation not to mention other internet and tv issues.

Went there on a Sunday afternoon and the store was pretty busy. It took a little more than a half hour to see a sales rep. The staff is friendly. Although, they push a little hard in trying to up sale their other services. Parking can be tricky to find. However, they did have the part in stock I needed. So, once I got to see a sales rep, the transaction went by relatively quickly from there.

Marmadoo is typically who I deal with here at Xfinity and he has always been very helpful and patient I must add as I am not the most tech savvy person. Marmadoo is knowledgeable and gets me answers to any questions in regards to my internet service and tv and iphone inquiries. This Xfinity store in St Louis Park gives off a positive feel soon as I walk in the doors.. everyone seems to enjoy what they are doing at their job and I have yet to encounter a crabby or inpatient person here. La Mar and Samira have also proven to be very helpful.. La Mar has a contagious bubbly personality He has been helpful when I have been in a hurry .. It is so nice and refreshing to be able to walk into a store for internet/tv and phone service and talk to a human.. not over the phone listening to prompts and communication gaps or trying to get a bot to understand you. I would highly recommend Xfinity for your internet/ tv and phone service Verizon phone service.. they make everything easy and quick.. and with a smile.. and btw if you are not in a good mood going in to the store, a person can usually be found leaving with a 😊 smile and satisfaction. ⭐️I wish I could do multiple reviews but because I can’t, I will add on to this one~ I had an exceptional experience thanks to Bryce. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for my needs made the entire process of switching my cell provider and other phone issues smooth and with no stress! It is rare to find people who go above and beyond like Bryce and the other staff members here I have encountered and mentioned! This place Xfinity in St Louis Park is HIGHLY HIGHLY...

First, I'll start out by saying that I'm no longer an Xfinity customer, because CenturyLink gave me a better deal, (higher speed for less money) and Xfinity's internet service was highly inconsistent - bouncing around from 28mbps to 1mbps throughout the day.

Despite the fact that the internet service itself wasn't ideal, the service at this store was FANTASTIC. It's pretty rare that I'm compelled to write a review for anything, much less for a business for which I'm no longer a customer, but some credit has to be given.

First, the process of picking up the self-installation kit was completely seamless. The package was ready in-store an hour after I requested it, (which was done completely online, without any human interaction required) and everyone in the store was incredibly friendly and courteous. The whole pickup process took less than 5 minutes. After that, the self-installation was quick and painless too.

Finally, when I decided to cancel, (after having run CenturyLink and Xfinity concurrently in my home for a week to compare) I walked in with my equipment, was instructed to place the separate cords in appropriate bins, and I was able to cancel/return my modem in less than five minutes. Once again, the service was flawless. No bothersome haggling about promotional deals or bundling additional services. Just easy. Service like this is rare - especially with cable/internet companies. I'll absolutely be considering Xfinity for my future addresses, if CenturyLink no longer proves to be a...

Today I went into this place in a typical great mood (and was as kind as I usually am to people as I used to be in retail) and met the lady with the long black ponytail. I don't know that I've ever had such a rude, disinterested, lazy, and unprofessional experience in a store in my life! It even came complete with eyerolling, sighing and actually leaving the counter for minutes for absolutely no reason. Not only did they/she mess up the order my husband just had called in by giving us two boxes instrad of one, she said I was wrong, then suggested I just take the extra box and return it later (What!? How would that make sense?) Instead of reissuing the order like a professional person, she was so put upon that I wanted to text my husband to ensure he didn't in fact order two boxes and then just left the desk to go in the back room. I waited an unreasonable amount of time, then the eye rolling ensued. Why would you leave a customer mid-transaction?! I asked for a reciept, but no. She said she would update the system. WHAT?! ( THEN I get home and they gave us THE WRONG BOX, not the DVR one he ordered. What is wrong with this place? My husband had a similar experience last month! This is definitely going up the chain. Xfinity, get a handle on the face of your company and hire professional people or train...
