Bone Marché — Local services in Saint Louis Park

I'm writing this review because it has to be written. I've been to Bone Marche a few times. It has become my last resort/out of convenience stop for my dogs. Actually, I should start by saying I have three dogs and have had up to 5 in my home at one time. Basically, I am trying to say I am not a novice dog owner. Each time I've shopped at Bone Marche one employee in particular treats me like it is my first day owning a dog, despite knowing I have a multi dog family. She educates me on the importance of games for dogs if they get bored (yeah, duh). She educates me on how to break up a dog treat and divide it between the dogs so they do not fight over it (who woulda thought?) or on how to change a dog's diet. Ok, I get it, she's trying to be helpful, but all I wanted was a bag of food. I don't need life lessons. Her lessons give the impression she thinks there is only one way to be a good dog owner, and that is her way and she needs to guide others to be like her. Just let me do my thing and leave. Nope. No more....

If I could give 100000 stars I would! I was walking my very nervous dog in and happened to see Linda in the parking lot. She say that my dog, Keegan, was hesitant to walk in. She let me know they had reactive dog time when we could come after closing or in the morning so he could be alone. It felt like fate to meet her!

We immediately scheduled and Linda reached out with instructions. Keegan loved it to say the least! Sometimes because he is a nervous dog he doesn’t get all the fun experiences of other dogs but Linda went beyond out of the way to help. Keegan was running around having an amazing time, we for sure will come back and recommend to everyone!

Beyond the amazing customer service, they have the perfect toys and things you can’t find elsewhere. We try to get a lot of strong and interactive toys and they have an abundance. Also healthy treats and a wide selection of plushies. We will be back and...

Best pet store around! I was so excited to finally try a new pet store and one that's more of a small business. I'm SO impressed! I had questions regarding raw/ freeze-dried food with cats/dogs. Linda was extremely helpful in proving all the information I needed to feel comfortable about what I was feeding my fur babies. $70 of stuff actually got much better stuff than you would get at a petco or a petsmart.
