Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Saint Marys

If you hate your job that much that you can't be polite to customers, quit!! Ugh I hate the St. Marys Dominos! I hate having to speak to the manager Greg, because he answers the phone. Being in my 40's, I assume he is a kid in his 20's, late teens because I can't imagine an older/experienced gentleman being so rude. It's not like I can ask to speak to a manager about him, when apparently he his. Every time I've called the store (not just once, every), it's always him and oh how much I dread and hate calling just because of him. He is so rude, I'm not even sure how he became a manager, mind baffling to say the least. Thinking about having to talk to him gets my stomach upset. He is absolutely rude and sarcastic if you make requests to how you want your food made and has even hung up on me, "we'll have your food delivered...", click, he hangs up; no thank you, no "bye"... He flat out says, "no I can't make it like that..." Guess they're not BK and you can't have it your way. His attitude is enough to make me not want to order there anymore, I'll choose Pizza Hut, they're respectful when making requests; like extra sauce because Dominos doesn't barely give you any. If you order the pasta, beware, you're eating dry noodles, have sauce at home to cover, don't ask Greg for anything, it's not worth it. Better yet, call Pizza Hut. There's another lady who answers the phone, is rude as well, her name is Diana, she is awful! She is so very rude when you talk to her. Requested marinara sauce on a sub and she said she couldn't do that because there's no where to put it. When told she could actually spread the marinara sauce on the bun as if she were making a pizza sub, she then preceded to say "if she remembers to put it on but no guarantees". Any time a member of my family has called and got her, she has been awful to each of us. I myself quit calling because her rudeness is out of control. I actually wonder if she spits in our food. I don't understand how she can be a manager, let alone the general manager as she addresses herself when a family member asked to speak to a manager. She says she is the general manager and unfortunately, there's nothing that can be done about her attitude. I will try to contact someone from corporate, this isn't just a one time, bad day service, it's every time. I don't understand why these employees have to be so rude to the customers? I don't get it. I hope corporate sees this review and addresses her issues, hope she gets fired because she's in the wrong business for...

Just placed an order using a dominos peeler that my daughter had sold for school. Attempting to place an order they refused to deliver saying they do not honor the peelers although it says on there that all local dominos deliver. So after messing our order up I called back to ask them to read back my order and they did which it was definitely not correct as the lady I had talked to first would not let me explain my order as she kept interrupting me and saying is that it as I was trying to talk. So I talked to a man the second time who I then told that the order was incorrect and started to explain what we actually wanted and he then kept ignoring what I was trying to say and Interrupting me. After finally getting what I wanted i tried to ask if he still had 2 items on my order and he then hung up on me. I was furious after attempting to order food and get the order correct, so I then called back and cancelled my order. Long story short dominos in Saint Mary's has some of the most disrespectful employees I've ever dealt with at any restaurant. Will not...

I live out of state so as a thank you to Nursing staff, who takes care of my 90 yr old father, I wanted to treat them with a pizza delivery. Dominoes in the area I live in has always produced a good product, with good customer service.

Apparently there was an issue with the delivery. The Manager, Diane, called me and proceeded to rudely tell me that they were never doing that again. She never let me get in a word as she constantly spoke to me like I was a child. Too bad she never learned Customer Service as it could have been handled much differently.

There are lots of pizza places in the area, I think I’ll consider those the next time I want to do...
