The meat was incredibly tender and the flavors were spot-on. My husband ordered the pork chop medallion, something he'd never tried before, and he was thoroughly impressed. We had a party of 5 adults, walked in, nobody waiting in front of us. Was told it would be a short wait as they got our table ready. 30 minutes later they said table was ready but wouldn't seat us because kitchen was backed up, meanwhile a crowd was forming from other people waiting. 15 minutes later we gave up and went elsewhere. They could have at least seated us and served drinks. They entire 45 minutes there were either 2 or 3 workers standing at the reservation podium including one young man who kept laying his head down on the podium like he was wore out. "VERY UNPROFESSIONAL" Couldn't they try to help out the kitchen staff? We tried 2 times to contact JT's through there website with no response...

There was no one at front to seat us, finally waitress appeared and told us to sit anywhere she would be with us shortly. I ordered a hamburger and my meal was good, my husband however ordered the fish dinner and it was not. The portion was pathetic to say the least and over cooked, the manager did bring a couple more pieces out. There was only one waitress there who had to do everything, felt bad for her but she was pleasant. I realize there are slow times but should never be just one person to handle everything but the cooking. This was a so so visit, not the best but definitely not the worst.
