Pizza is usually acceptable, but God forbid they’re busy because the staff at this location can’t cope with the slightest bit of pressure without falling apart. Apparently in times of high volume orders you can’t trust a word they say over the phone...
The pizza tracker wasn’t working so naturally I called to check the status of my order. Staff member named Jose assured me that my pizza was in the oven and would be ready shortly.. I doubled checked my order number and cross referenced my cell phone with him to be certain he was talking about the correct pizza, and he insisted it would be ready in 8 minutes... When I got to the shop there were 5-6 customers waiting, and one very upset customer complaining that his pickup order was incomplete. Poor guy was told it would be another 40 minutes before it was complete, so the best solution they had was that his other two pizzas were just supposed to sit under the light while he waited for them to finish.
During this time three delivery drivers barreled their way through the waiting patrons without any regard for their existence or personal space.
I don’t care about waiting, I’m just flabbergasted at their ability to communicate the basic logistics of an order correctly. I would have happily waited for my pizza at home, but to arrive at the shop under the guise that my order was prepared only to find out it hadn’t been started was very frustrating. I called out the employee I spoke to on the phone, but he didn’t take responsibility for his actions, in fact said he didn’t remember our conversation that took place only ten minutes prior. Nobody seemed to understand why I was upset, and chalked it all up to them being so busy lol... there wasn’t any evident leadership, and the staff present seemed to have devolved down to the capacity of a group of drunk children.
Very disappointed, and 30 minutes later I’m still shocked at how ridiculous it is that I can’t give them an order number and trust to receive the correct information...

I have ordered from this place for 8 years because I have no choice and it is only one near me. My first order, I said extra sauce, but they put no sauce. I thought it was a mistake, it was not, it happened over and over again. 8 years of them being cheap and rude. Today was the last straw where I will never order any Domino's from any franchise. There was a mistake in the order and they PYSICALLY yanked the pizza out of my hands. There is no apology they can make to change my opinion of Domino's. Read moreSo... we had a coupon. Any toppings lg at 9.99. The online service didn't have a place to put the coupon code. I called. The automated system could get it right. They answered. Order was placed. The woman in front of me was having trouble with her card. I waited 10 mins. Brought the pizzas home. 2 out of 3 were missing the meats. 1 was right. Called. They offered for us to keep the pizz, remake the wrong ones and offered a free pop to make up for our trouble. Nice. My daughter went to pick them up. The same woman was there with credit card issues. 10 more minutes... no biggie. Brought the free pizzas home and the soda. Almost right. No mushrooms and replaced with onions. This time they were loaded with meat. We left it alone and called it good. The pizzas were good in general. They tried. If the last pizza was right, they would have been 5 stars. We will try again.
