The facility had extremely slippery floors. Simply walking around slowly was a hazard. We came to this location specifically because our son wanted to go to a MacDonalds with a Play Place, we have never been here before and it wasn't the closest one to us but we thought we'd see how it was. I needed to use the restroom and the entire walk I had to take baby steps so I wouldn't slip and fall. Upon using the restroom, which was significantly more slippery, I could not maintain my footing to be able to efficiently use the woman's restroom. It was a struggle. Picture a baby deer on an ice pond. After we got our food we were missing a cup for one of our meals. My husband went to ask the male cashier who was working (on the taller side, slender build, late teens/early 20s). My husband said he had held up his hand/finger in a "wait" position when he wasn't even initially helping anyone. My husband shrugged it off as he must just be busy and proceeded to wait for him so he could request his cup. Giving him an attitude about having to give my husband the cup that they forgot as if it was inconveniencing him. When he finally did get the cup from him, my husband proceeded to fill it up and return to our table. After a little bit my husband noticed some black residue on his bun which was half way eaten at this point. He proceeded to investigate the source of the black spots when I noticed it was also on my hands. We eventually figured out that the black residue was on the cups. We tried wiping it off as best as we could but it wasn't working. I then proceeded to dump out my cup to see if I could wash it which was when I saw the extent of the black residue. I quickly went to grab my husband's drink and did the same thing. His was way worse and in a big glob that had been smeared across the cup. Most likely from us wiping it. Since we both had dark colored sodas we hadn't noticed the black residue right away. My immediate concern was if the residue was in our cups and therefore in our drinks which my husband had already drank 1/4th of. Then my husband said something more serious "how many other customers have this in their drinks (thinking about the cups being stacked onto of each other so at least 1 cup was contaminated) I took both the cups and brought them to the front where the male cashier was around the corner. He came around, without a greeting, without a statement of "what can I help you with" or "what seems to be the problem?". I told him my concerns about the cups, he took them, looked at them (again, as if I was inconveniencing him somehow) and showed them to another employee (possibly a manager) who then said "oh that's an ink pen". I told her I wasn't sure what it was and that it was all over our food, cups, and table. We tried cleaning it up as best as we could but it was still a mess, also telling the manager this information. We ended up throwing away the rest of our food. Allowing the kids to finishing playing since this was the purpose of our visit. The same male cashier came into the play area talking to himself and standing there, watching the kids play, mumbling things I couldn't quite hear. Maybe he was on the phone, not sure. However towards the end of our visit, he came back in and was talking to someone (on a phone) saying "I don't know if he's wearing shoes, it looks like he's wearing shoes, but maybe he's not" and proceeds to leave. My boys were the only boys in the play area and instead of asking or providing a concern towards his parents, he chose to have this conversation while standing right behind me. I dont know if he was trying to make an excuse to spy on us or the children, I dont know if he was actually voicing concerns to someone on the phone about my kids wearing sock (light blue with red lettering and Grey and white stripes so it's not like they were skin tones and werent obvious) This seemed oddly inappropriate coming from the guy who couldn't be bothered to be worried about the contaminants in my husband and I'm meal. There are so many concerns about this location. We will not...
Read moreAwful employees, absolutely rude and unprofessional. Talking crap about customers in front of them. Why? Because I order my child a nugget meal but wanted to switch it to the happy meal for a toy since price was the same. And I said “I just wanted to get her a toy I guess” and then they tried to charge me 3$ so it was 4$ more for the same exact meal presented in a bag vs a kids box. And I said “oh nevermind” that was all. I pull up to the next window and the B is talking about me like “well that’s her problem” when I asked nicely to the previous woman in the window and simply declined the toy after they were gonna charge me. All I said was “oh maybe I should’ve ordered the kids meal cause I guess I should’ve gotten a toy, can we just switch it (I paid more $ for the same thing but was missing a toy so I asked if they can do that & she charged and I said “oh I’d have to pay for it? That’s ok nevermind”) & then she the woman continues to ask “so what’s your problem? And I just went “huh?” And she walked away. I began piecing it all together and I started to feel so dumbfounded by the way they acted and I was pissed off. I sped off and grabbed my kids food. What the hell is your problem??!? McDonald’s has always been trash How do you automatically just treat someone like a piece of crap. Literally, I never go anywhere because of nasty ppl, and I have blood cancer and am losing hair to chemo & all I ask is for a little kindness. But their default is nasty, racist, rude. I’m sure the manager of the place is just as bad so no point in...
Read moreI used the mobile app to order and pay for my order and when I was at the 2nd window. the man from the 1st drive thru window came running yelling that I didnt pay for my food. I told the lady that yes I did, it is a mobile order and I gave her my code again. And still he refused to give me my order and told the lady not to give it to me, so I handed her my phone to show her it said paid by Apple Pay. she handed my phone to the man and he went, I dont know where and I didnt get my phone back for at least 4 mins! I told the lady I want my phone and you saw my order was paid for. when she got my phone back from him my Apple Pay was up saying enter passcode to pay, so he was trying to pay again or something I dont know what he was using my Apple Pay for, but he couldn’t because he did not have the passcode! and instead of reading what it said on my app that the order was paid for he continued to say I did not pay! I again showed the lady it was paid and she ended up giving me my order after almost 10 mins and I asked for the guys name 3 times, but she would not give it to me and I am so pissed off right now I am ready to walk into the place and freak out!! That man was so unprofessional and beyond ridiculous and he should not be working in Customer service because he has no clue what he is doing!! Worst experience I have ever had from any...
