I have lived in St. Petersburg my entire life. I have tried most of the pizza places in the city. I usually drive to 49th Street North and 38th Avenue North to get the best pizza in the area. Although today the rain encouraged me to try Killer Pizza, I had seen a post about it, and decided to give them a try. They had just opened at 11AM and I was the first and only customer. Killer Pizza is a small, clean, well put together "skateboard" themed Pizza place.

The staff was amazingly friendly and courteous. I ordered "My Dad's Favorite" pizza, a pizza with everything on it. I watched a cool Tampa skateboarding documentary on the restaurant television as I waited and started to smell my pizza cooking. Talked with the employee behind the counter who was funny and excited talking about the shop. My pizza arrived and the employee proudly showed me the finished pizza in the box.

The pizza looked and smelled amazing but it tasted even better! The items on the pizza were diced and sliced to very manageable pieces, allowing you to enjoy more flavor in every bite. The pizza was not greasy, the crust was light and full of flavor with a fantastic crunch. I was completely surprised but I have to proclaim the of all the pizza I have eaten in my lifetime in St. Petersburg, Florida. Killer Pizza just stole the show!!!

Killer Pizza just became King of the Pizza Hill in St. Petersburg, Florida. I have been going to 49th Street North my entire life for the best pizza in the city. That has changed. I am now going to Killer Pizza at 1156 94th Avenue North in St. Petersburg for the BEST Pizza in St. Petersburg. Thank you...

Where do I even begin … First off ABSOLUTLEY PHENOMENAL and if you don’t know the definition of that word just think of the most joy you’ve ever experienced or the best day of your life. That is what a taste of this place does for you EVERY TIME. I can not rave enough about just how amazing it is. Not only is the food quality TOO FREAKING DIE FOR, the atmosphere, the people, the whole 9 yards just WOW. I weigh about 180 right now but now that this heavenly spot has opened I intend to happily gain 50 pounds. The GARLIC KNOTS burst from your mouth they are so perfectly done I have never tasted such immaculate garlic knots. Every bite of pizza (forgive my language here) is FREAKIKG ORGASMIC to the taste buds. Completely friendly service and out of this world food. I could write for days about just how much this place has taken my heart. Thank you for opening up and thank you for your dedication to excellence. IT DOES NOT GO UNNOTICED.

Sincerely, A forever customer

P.S. - if anybody has a negative review I can bet my whole life savings that it’s a jealous competitor or some sad ex girlfriend (or boyfriend idk they personal life but not judging in any capacity) or just a low life who gets kicks out bringing others down or someone just wants a free pizza on the house for their troubles ( the only trouble they had was running out of this damn pizza) love you guys keep the greatness...

Update: I sent you an email before you responded to this being my 2nd review. I would imagine for the error and you replying without doing your due diligence and putting the blame on me that I should be refunded. Please let me know when I should have that back to my payment method.

Ordered online through killer pizza website 14 inch pep and garlic bread is $23.00. checkout says fees and taxes $3.60. what are the additional fees? I picked up the order and sales tax doesn't equal another $3.60. The owner made a smart*ss remark about my review without doing his research showing I picked up my order. Somehow the killer pizza website charges you hidden fees and the owner has the nerve to rant about how I could have just picked it up because he has to pay his delivery drivers. Hello mcfly I did pick up my order. I should not be charged hidden fees for pickup. I called the store and conveniently the owner is...

šŸ• TAMPA BAY PIZZA LOVERS — where you at?! šŸ”„ Okay listen… I’m not a huge pizza girl. I’ll eat it, sure, but it’s gotta be rolling good for me to even think about raving. Most spots are just… meh. But KILLER PIZZA in St. Pete? Yeah… they understood the assignment. šŸ˜ Chris’s pick: Sugar & Suffering — and let me tell you, it was exactly that šŸ˜‚ Sweet at first, then the jalapeƱo heat hits and your brain can’t even process what’s happening. Nose running, mouth on fire, but you just. can’t. stop. šŸ’€šŸ”„ My pick: Velvet Guillotine — that ricotta + fresh basil combo?! Take me far, far away šŸ˜ The freshness won me over instantly. We will 1000% be back. Especially since it’s in the same plaza as our favorite deli… this could be a dangerous spot for us šŸ˜… šŸ“Killer Pizza – St. Pete āļø 10/10 would risk mouth burn again #TampaBayEats #StPeteFoodie #KillerPizza #FoodieFinds #PizzaObsessed #SpicyAndSweet #LocalEats #SupportLocal

Yoooo Killer Pizza is THE joint in the Bay Area. Atmosphere and restaurant super clean and friendly. Super chill vibes walking straight through the door and being greeted with the run down of specials and menu favorites. Growing up in the north with joints on every corner, my wife and I are super picky, maybe even snobby, about pizza and wings but the moment I saw these wings and pizza in person I knew they were THE ONES, and they absolutely are! Nothing in the south I’ve tried comes close to Killer Pizza. Super rad owner and the fairest prices in the game. The leftovers didn’t survive the ride from StP back to Brandon. Thanks so much for the quality and hospitality, dude! The only thing missing at Killer Pizza is a mini ramp, but I didn’t check the ally!
