I have lived in St. Petersburg my entire life. I have tried most of the pizza places in the city. I usually drive to 49th Street North and 38th Avenue North to get the best pizza in the area. Although today the rain encouraged me to try Killer Pizza, I had seen a post about it, and decided to give them a try. They had just opened at 11AM and I was the first and only customer. Killer Pizza is a small, clean, well put together "skateboard" themed Pizza place.
The staff was amazingly friendly and courteous. I ordered "My Dad's Favorite" pizza, a pizza with everything on it. I watched a cool Tampa skateboarding documentary on the restaurant television as I waited and started to smell my pizza cooking. Talked with the employee behind the counter who was funny and excited talking about the shop. My pizza arrived and the employee proudly showed me the finished pizza in the box.
The pizza looked and smelled amazing but it tasted even better! The items on the pizza were diced and sliced to very manageable pieces, allowing you to enjoy more flavor in every bite. The pizza was not greasy, the crust was light and full of flavor with a fantastic crunch. I was completely surprised but I have to proclaim the of all the pizza I have eaten in my lifetime in St. Petersburg, Florida. Killer Pizza just stole the show!!!
Killer Pizza just became King of the Pizza Hill in St. Petersburg, Florida. I have been going to 49th Street North my entire life for the best pizza in the city. That has changed. I am now going to Killer Pizza at 1156 94th Avenue North in St. Petersburg for the BEST Pizza in St. Petersburg. Thank you...

Ordered online through killer pizza website 14 inch pep and garlic bread is $23.00. checkout says fees and taxes $3.60. what are the additional fees? I picked up the order and sales tax doesn't equal another $3.60. The owner made a smart*ss remark about my review without doing his research showing I picked up my order. Somehow the killer pizza website charges you hidden fees and the owner has the nerve to rant about how I could have just picked it up because he has to pay his delivery drivers. Hello mcfly I did pick up my order. I should not be charged hidden fees for pickup. I called the store and conveniently the owner is...
