The Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Saint Petersburg

I've been a regular for 20 years. Lots of parking. Open from 11am until 3am everyday except specific holidays. Limited food menu and kitchen hours due to the restrictions of their liquor license which allows for it to operate as a smoking establishment. They do, however, allow outside food to be brought in excluding beverages. They have 4 pool tables, 5 on-line dart boards, 2 Golden Tee Live machines , 1 Power Putt and 1 Silver Strike Bowling machine. Karaoke on Wednesday and Saturday at 9:30pm until 1:30am. Free Texas Hold 'em tournament on Mondays with two sessions at 7pm and 10pm. 1 Bar-top video game, On-line jukebox, Bill changer and ATM. Full liquor bar and full service wait staff. Reasonable prices, quality management, fantastic staff. They have free pool and darts during specific times on the weekend, wing specials on Sundays during football season, MNF door prizes and drink and bucket specials during certain sports programming with several 50+ inch TV's, and on the main wall an 80 inch TV with surround sound throughout the bar during specific sporting events. Everyday is unique to each person or group who comes in. It's the type of place you're looking for if you are looking for a Sports Bar with smoking indoors. I've been going here randomly for over 7 years , the wings are all I've ever eaten , and they are very good. However , I've never been able to get bartenders / waitresses , attention , when they are right in front of me , my beer was empty , bottle in plain sight for 33 minutes , she visited the table directly next to mine 3 times , and never asked if I wanted anything , even though I went there for wings , I left after one beer , that took 10 minutes to get at the bar. Honestly , i dont remember it ever being different. If you go there really hungry , and nobody talks to you , or offers a menu . It's not a one time thing , is my only complaint. I bartended before , and nobody waits for drinks , greet a new face at the bar , and get their drink . I like the food , atmosphere , great place to see games , but help a guy get some food...

Went here for the first time last night, service was great! We sat at a booth and the bartender came over right away. Karokee was awesome! Not a fan of the smokey atmosphere, but it can't cater to everyone. Also, it would be nice if they had the kitchen open later, we got there around 10 and were told they stopped serving food around 7pm. I feel this place would make a killing if they...
