She makes the best and healthier sourdough bread I have ever had. It won’t spike your blood sugar, if you are diabetic, it’s good for you. It won’t bloat you, meaning easily digested, and needless to say is so delicious. The focaccias are delicious. The scones, the honey lavender ones and lemon poppy seed, Oh Lord, don’t make me start here…I have never tried so delicious,moist and crumbly and at the same time with a subtle but powerful taste..The walnut raisin sourdough is mind blowing, I have even made French Toasts with it and were out of this world. The latest I tried was the pancake mix, my grandkids loved them as well as myself. Sarka Daily Bakery is something truly special. Her sourdough is the most delicious I’ve ever had — crispy on the outside, soft and full of flavor on the inside. My daughter loves eating all her goodies! The best part is knowing she uses only the finest ingredients, so you can feel good knowing your child is getting the best in every bite. It’s actually the only bread I’ve tried so far that doesn’t make me feel bloated, which says so much about the quality and care she puts into it.
