I like shopping here everyone is very helpful and nice The store is very clean and i hardly don't find what i need. My worst experience is at check out many times i have encountered rude cashiers and asking me to help bag my grocies and many times i try to make light of it by saying that i am retired and i have been told you look healthy so if you want to just bag you can get out of here faster. What these cashier's don't understand i am the customer and because I come to shop here never spending less than 300 dollars so now i having to bag my grocies and then i having to put them in my car and still i have to bring 300 dollars of groceries in my house i don't care who you are i am already tired before i get home. The surface of the parking lot and service road are HORRIBLE. There are numerous potholes, potentially detrimental to your vehicle. Signage and striping leave much to be desired. Property owners do little to maintain property and even less to beautify. This plaza is an eyesore. Review is based on Plaza, not individual stores. Winn Dixie: o.k. store. This store has stepped up its game over the years. Has organics, and gf products. Bakery and deli still not as good as Publix, but groceries overall are comparable and usually less expensive than Publix. Big Apple Buffet: NEVER EAT HERE. restaurant has been closed by health dept numerous times. Bealls Outlet: you can get some deals, but alot of junk and low quality merchandise too Big Lots: no food products available at this location due to plaza's lease agreement...

Always a very relaxed vibe around Rutland. Best bathrooms are Winn-Dixie big clean accessible. Big Lots looked a little empty nothing interesting and that's unusual. I will note that we are in a trucker and shipping semi crisis this year 2022 so that's probably a lot of it. They keep the Big Lots and the bells outlet straight, neat and clean. Could use one more really interesting store in the plaza. Concerning the buffet restaurant, I have some concerns about food safety and sanitation. I had strong connections to another store in the plaza, a trusted person gave me some insider information. Things could be different now, I would look up the Heath Department's inspector records.
