Horrible service, Subway always has a great simple flow that makes sense. This location left a bad taste in our mouth. The first woman greeted us and I asked for a salad, lettuce and spinach base. She then turns around and asks what kind of bread I wanted. I repeated my order and somehow bread once again got near my Tupperware salad bowl.
I've never worked for Subway but normally there appears to be an order to how they do things, this was just chaos. Finally got to the end of actually making the order I asked for shredded cheese, somehow this was heard as Chipotle sauce. The employee tossed the bowl behind her and had to remake the salad from scratch.
After I waited for 2 customers to skip ahead of me with their orders, which was fine it wasn't their fault. At the end when I went to pay all 3 employees argued about how the chicken and cheese was supposed to be placed on top and not just mashed in, that made more sense to me and normally the salads look great but I wanted to just sit and eat with my family so I didn't care.
Once we sat down we were blasted with "ghetto" music with vulgar language and sexual innuendo. When my 6 year old asked me what the artist meant when he said he "had to make his girl work for money and make it clap" , that was enough. I politely asked if this was approved music and the employee stated it was and she could turn it down till we leave.
I'm 29 and no prude to music, I understand everyone has their own taste and can respect that. I love death metal, but normally there's adult contemporary music in resteraunts. After customizing the Classic sub, the sandwich maker attempted to charge me the price for a specialty meatball sub (The Boss) which I did not order. I explained that the sub I created should have been a classic sub rather than one of the specialty subs. The sandwich maker proceeded to tell me that they don’t have an option to charge for a (Classic Meatball Sub) and turned the screen to show that the only options he had were for specialty subs. After this, I noticed that they did not have a (Classic/CreateYourOwn) menu. After refusing to pay the extra cost for the sub, I went to the locations website out of curiosity. Not to my surprise, the full menu was available for order online!! This store is literally only advertising the speciality menu and over charging walk-in customers for classic subs. Read moreI gave one star because I had to. I placed an online order at 6:10pm on 10/5/24 to be picked up at 7:05pm. 2 basic steak and cheese sandwiches. Nothing fancy. Subway sent me a message at 6:50pm telling me my order was ready for pick up. When I got there at 7pm. They haven't even started my order. I complained stating I placed an order an hour ago. I need to pick up my kids, plz hurry. As the employee argued with me, telling me abt his horrible day NOT making my sandwiches let me add. I got furious and asked to speak with someone else.
