I placed an order for pickup via Uber Eats from my house, it was accepted and I waited 15 minutes before leaving to go pick it up. I live 15 minutes away so I arrived to pick-up my order at the promised pickup time of 30 minutes from time of order… Upon arrival, I gave my name but both guys behind the counter seemed confused. One of them even asked me to see the order confirmation in my app so I showed him that it says “preparing order” but then he asked to see what was in the actual order, after seeing that he verified that my order would be coming out in 5-10 minutes. I sat down to wait, Then I assume they started preparing my order…. A full 30 minutes later, a woman came out and she wouldn’t give my food saying something about verification and making sure it’s mine. I gave her my name and the list of what I ordered, but that wasn’t enough to verify it was mine in an empty restaurant with nobody else waiting. She asked to see my app to verify my order again and this was after I had already shown them the order in the app and confirmed it. Once that was cleared up for the second time, I headed home to eat. The Zeppoles had all melted sugar on them as opposed to powdered due to heat from being inside styrofoam. It’s too bad they didn’t think to put the sugar or even extra sugar into a separate container on the side in order to prevent that! My Turkey sandwich had half toasted and soggy bread, yellow lettuce and it tasted like some type of imposter Oscar Mayer style turkey! I gave it 1 star because the Gyro was actually very good! Definitely will NOT be...
Read moreAll the reviews about them price Gouging is completely true, they charge an elderly lady named beth $24 for a case of sprite everytime she orders, and she orders 2-3 times a week. Also they dont buy water for $9.86 a case they get it for less than $4 a case from Sam's club/ restaurant depot (ive had to drive there to pick up invoice orders for us)
Editing review after the owner milen post
Absolutely no clue what that is in reference to however, however can we disccus that the owner sends out food trucks at 10 am with pizzas, when they come back at about 3-5 pm he takes what ever pizzas havent sold, covers the crust in aluminum foil( so it doesnt burn) tops it with a little extra cheese and re puts it in the oven then proceeds to sell it as the next ticket as "fresh pizza".
Or lets talk about how almost everything is frozen, soups are made WEEKS in advance then thawed out for service? Same as the grab and go soup ( thats why they have no dates stickers on them). The marinara for dip is straight outta the can (not even any seasoning added).
The "rice pudding" most of the time isnt made in house, if its in a cup with a sticker it was bought from restaurant depot because the girl who makes them "sabina" didnt have time to make any.
Or my favorite is the disgusting philly cheese steaks. All vegetables and meats are cooked off DAYS in advance then just heated back up and put on bread. Like seriously it takes 3 mins to make a philly from raw vegetables and meat but you would rather cut corners and serve...
Read moreFirst had this pizza at work - people love to throw pizza parties for overworked nurse at the hospital! - and it was AMAZING! I just had to know where the fabulous pizza was from! Someone initially told me the name and I thought they were being obscure and then I learned that was actually the name... hah! Before the day was done, we had TWO especially "fancy" doctors come and ask us where the pizza came from!
I ordered the "Blanca" pizza, garlic knots, and a few other items when some family came over for dinner and movies and it knocked people's socks off. The crust was crispy, light, and flavorful. Not too thin, not too "bready," and seemed to be lightly seasoned somehow, which made it stand out from all the other pizza joints around town. The toppings were clearly VERY fresh and in just the right amount! It was not heavy, greasy, or overdone and the quality was so far in a league of it's own when compared to the chain restaurants. Worth EVERY penny!
As for our other items, they were delicious. I know in particular our "chicken skewers" were fought over and commented on by our guests. We had these with a side of fries which were actually quite tasty, too! Seasoned a little bit, we tossed them in the air fryer for a few minute since any french fry delivered always loses it's crisp... they were awesome and totally worth it!
My family and I are a huge fan! We have ordered food from LPCo. a couple times now since I first had it and I will continue to do so! 11/10 recommend! Try it!! ...
