I normally use this store for all of my dog needs and grooming, I was so happy as everyone was so nice and helpful "until today".

I went to the store today at 7:10 pm and asked the young lady at the register (black long hair) that was just standing on front of the register doing absolutely nothing if she could see what was the last pet food that I got for my dog in her register, first she was annoyed by me bothering her and said she could not do that, I explained to her that last time that I was there the nice lady at the register was able to look up my transactions by using my phone number and she was able to let me know. This cashier all she kept saying was "I cant do that" without letting me finish what I was trying to explain to her so I told her to forget it and went got the food plus some more items.

When I got to the register again I asked her if she was ready for me and with an attitude she said yes then she started arguing with me and told me "so that you know" I am unable to do that, I said its okay never mind and she kept on saying "well so that you know for next time" so I said well.. maybe you need a little more training or ask your manager, but she kept arguing told me that "she is been working there for a while and that she knows what she is doing" I said never mind i do not want anything and left (almost $70 buy) just because she was in the mood to argue and I was not going to put up with that.

All she had to do was tell me to hold on one second let me check with my manager and I would of have been happy with that

I will not visit your store ever again and will go back to PetSmart, its a shame that you have someone so arrogant working there and chasing off your customers.

I do not need a reply or discount or anything from this store, I just wanted you to know how bad of a service I got from this young girl.

I starting going to Pet Plus in the beginning of May. I was looking for a bearded dragon for my daughter. Let me start with Kasey 😊 she is the most amazing person. I called and talked to her, my mom called and talked to her prior to ever going to this location. She was so informative, so polite and just sooooo perfect for what I needed as a mom looking to buy her first reptile lol. Not only did they send me pictures of the different reptiles they had, they went to another location to pick up blaze (the dragons name, lol) AND their price was half of what ANY other breeders/stores were charging. Gisele is also amazing and knowledgeable, taught us so much about our little reptile. There is another girl (sorry I don’t remember her name) who has a dragon as well. She knew he was a male because of his markings. My daughter was so excited. EVERYONE is so awesome and welcoming. I’ve been going every week or so to get live food for our dragon. Now dog food, fish stuff, rabbit stuff.... pretty much anything I need from a pet store, I get it there. I could go on and on about how among these employees are and the store is. Anyways, they would get 100 stars if I could lol. HIGHLY recommend them and I’ll never go anywhere besides there again ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Mom in her 30’s...

We come here to bath our dogs alot but this last time was unacceptable. Our dogs are big so we use the 2 big tubs, we came in with our 3dogs, one lady said the tub needed to be cleaned so she went to go get someone to clean it, she came back said it was cleaned, I asked about the missing hose and she said it couldn't be switched over from the small tub cause they didn't have the right tools, I asked if I pulled the one from the middle to use since it reaches over, have 3dogs to bath and didn't wanna be there forever washing 1 at a time, she didn't really say anything and walked out, mid way through my first bath another lady came in passively aggressively saying I was told not to use the tub cause of the broken tile on the step...... its been broken over a month, every time we come here its still broken, I told her I wasnt told to not use the tub and she says "yeah you were, you're not supposed to use it, we told you before, blah blah blah" No I was not told to not use the tub whatsoever!!!! So do not keep saying that after I already told you, I was not being a difficult customer and it was unnecessary, will not be coming back here or...
