Every time I come here it’s something. and 9/10 times it’s the service that’s the problem. i’m not a review type but this made me so upset. my boyfriend went out to get us coffee and almost always comes home with a pup cup for my dog. we understand that if the dog isn’t there, usually u have to pay for it (even tho that rarely gets asked of us) most people are just kind and do it. However when my boyfriend asked the bigger guy with the beanie for a pup cup, he ask rudely “why do u need a pup cup, there’s no dog here”. when my boyfriend went to explain that the dogs at home, the guy just wanted to keep doing back and forth with him, giving him a hard time. the conversation with this rude guy wasn’t worth 15 cents worth of whipped cream so he left. he would have paid for it. my boyfriend is really passive, but if it were me in there, that guy would have gotten a mouthful. why treat costumers that way? why go out of your way to make a transaction difficult? I work in the service industry and personally, I give my costumers whatever they want, even if it’s just to shut them up. guess that’s why this guys stuck at starbucks tho… anyway, there’s way too many starbucks around for us to ever have to come back to this...
Read moreWe checked the website for this store’s hours and it clearly said open until 6. We walked to get a coffee and arrived at 5. We found one door locked, so walked to the next. It was unlocked so we opened it to go in. An employee stopped us from entering and said they were closed and that was why the other door was locked. When we told her what the website said, she said they were closed and shut the door in our faces. There was no explanation given as to why they were closing an hour early and she was rude. I will never come to this Starbucks again. This is in stark contrast to the Starbucks at Tyrone near the Home Depot. They were short handed but worked tirelessly and happily to fix everyone their coffee. We will go out of our way to patronize...
Read moreI Can not believe how my wife & mother-in-law were treated. Not only did they have the worst customer service imaginable the lady Alexi or alexis continued to rant off at my wife saying " you can give my name to the manager I don't care" As if she could act however she liked. Very unprofessional my mother in law is visiting for the holidays from out of state. So i thought Starbucks would be a great way to start the day off on a positive note. And it should have been but the rudeness of Iesha and Alexia did not allow that to happen. Totally unacceptable for the behavior of these two employees. First I will pray that God fill their heart with kindness and second that no other family is treated the way...
