This is a combined review. I have been to Bonefish Grill MANY times before and I will surely be back. I typically only get one thing on the menu, that being Lily’s Chicken. I am a chicken fan more-so than seafood and that is probably why I always get the same thing! On this particular visit the Lily’s Chicken was delightfully moist and was topped with a generous portion of very tangy goat cheese, the spinach was nicely wilted and not soggy. The lemon basil sauce that accompanies this chicken is very complimentary to the tangy cheese. The dinner portion comes with an appetizer and two sides. I ordered a regular house salad for the starter and for my sides I ordered broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes. The salad was not bad but not remarkable, it was good but nothing special. The sides were decent, the broccoli was good and crisp, not limp but not flavorful at all, no seasoning/garlic/butter. The potatoes were actually not very good. You can tell that they are either instant potatoes or overworked real potatoes, slightly gummy. The flavor was ok, but the texture was bad.  The décor is of an average middle grade restaurant. It is nice chain restaurant and the ambiance is casual. You could celebrate at Bonefish – or merely have a nice dinner. Overall Bonefish is a lovely restaurant with great chicken and average sides.

Disappointed with the overall atmosphere. Staff was oddly standoffish. I saw our server basically throw a wad of cash at another costumer....? No idea what that was about. Now the food, oh girl, I got a burger and it was burnt to high heaven. Also, are burgers supposed to have gray meat?(you can't really tell in the picture ) My boyfriend got the rainbow trout and idk what they made the "lemon butter" out of, but he scraped it off it was so foul. I tried it, and could not control the look of disgust on my face. (boyfriend and I are literally flinching just writing this) The fish itself was good, if you could get past the nasty sauce. For our appetizer we got the pot stickers and it was the most bland thing I've ever tasted in my life. Usually I go ham over pot stickers, but I could barely finish even one. 100% not worth the price. $13?!?!?!?! Not sure if it is just this location, cause my boyfriend has been to another BoneFish and he says it was really good. Also, there was a bug in my water. Rip little dude.

What worked well ✨ • Ambience & décor: The space feels warm and well-appointed, with nice wood tones, large windows, and a comfortable vibe that’s casual but still upscale. • Service: Our server was attentive without being overbearing — she guided us through the menu, refilled drinks frequently, and checked in at good intervals. • Food quality: The seafood dishes were generally fresh and flavorful. I opted for a fillet with a citrus butter sauce, and it was cooked just right — moist, with a good sear. The appetizer Shrimp Toast was tasty and fun, though not quite as bold as I had hoped. • Drink offerings & extras: The cocktail menu had several interesting options, and they also offer nightly specials. The bread and pesto they bring to the table were a nice touch and quite good. What held it back • Portion size vs price: A few dishes felt a little light for the price point. After finishing, I wished I had a bit more on my plate. The “fine dining feel” doesn’t always match portion heft.

We were a party of 5. 1 - 7 year old and 4 adults. We ordered a French 75, a blackberry sangria, a coral reef punch and a key lime martini a Dr Pepper and waters to start. We advised of the allergies at the table (egg and peanut) so the server would be aware of the need to alert the kitchen. The drinks came. The coral reef punch tasted like nothing but seltzer water. It was returned. An indigo sunset. This was also not made correctly and did not contain any alcohol. Finally another French 75 was ordered. After all of this we finally received our appetizers; blackened chicken egg rolls, and the saucy shrimp. The saucy shrimp and the sauce it’s in was the BEST thing of our entire visit and that includes any food or service. We asked to place the kid’s order so it could come before our entrees since we were eating appetizers at the moment. The server stated she would be able to substitute grilled chicken for the popcorn shrimp we ordered for the child. I said are you out of popcorn shrimp to which she replied no and stated - there is no fryer to prepare food separately from other fried foods with egg wash or seafood or other allergens and there is no separate place to prepare food for patrons with food allergies to avoid cross contamination. Our server Gwen gave us this information and stated it was given to her by her manager. Food allergy sufferers beware. We were debating leaving after the appetizer when Gwen came to the table and said “we can offer the sliders (only cheese and meat and bread)”. We asked- no mayo or any other type of sauce? She said yes. When the sliders came they not only had a mayo sauce on it but also lettuce. The sauce was on the bottom bun under the lettuce pickle and meat. If we had not checked his meal - I would be writing this review from the emergency room after having to inject the child with his EpiPen and hope we get there in time for help. We sent them back and by this time we’d ordered our food while waiting on the sliders. I wish we hadn’t because we would have just paid our tab and left at this point. Now we are waiting on new sliders and our other food items which we decided to order more appetizers as the menu was not appealing and no substitutions were allowed because it is a ‘chef curated menu’. They should get their money back from whoever they let curate this menu. We ordered 2 of the SIGNATURE Bang Bang shrimp, a bowl of chowder, kung Pao brussel sprouts, and a parm crusted trout. We received our food 15 mins before closing at 9pm. We got there at 7pm and the restaurant was mostly empty. No rush, no wait for seating no crowd. EVEN ON MOTHER’S DAY! We should have known better. When their signature dish arrived - there was no signature bang bang sauce on the shrimp. It was dry. The excuse?…when food is hot it absorbs any sauce on it. That was from Gwen the server. The bowl of chowder never came. She was asking to bring the check when we reminded her that one of us never received our food! I don’t have enough space here to talk about the parm crusted trout. The servers were wearing what looked like chef’s blouses. They were filthy. We were seated in the alcove straight back to the right side from the front door. We were in the dark until 7:45 when the customers started asking to turn on the lights. Which went out again shortly after 8. They table beside us also waited an irrational amount of time for their order. Same dynamic at their table. 4 adults 1 child. Yes, we were comp’ed the sliders and yes we’re were comp’ed the chowder. The whole visit was unappealing. The menu, the service, the atmosphere, the drinks - an all around a less than desirable time. Bonefish Grill is under...

Very poor experience, first I will say that they were not very busy. We had 7:00 reservations for 10. We were seated immediately. Our drink order was taken and drinks came out piecemeal, over the next 15 minutes. We ordered our appetizers, again they were delivered piecemeal. Mine did not arrive, after many minutes I asked our waiter, instead of offing to bring it right out, his response was “are you sure you ordered it” I did. He again questioned if I was sure. Eventually he offered to bring it out, saying it would only take a few minutes. All others had, by this time, finished their appetizers. I decided no, as I did not want to hold up everyone’s meal. Big mistake, our entrees were delivered in same fashion as our appetizers, piecemeal. Some were finished with their meals by the time everyone was served. The manager came out apologized, said he understood that we were not happy, offered a discount. We didn’t care about a discount, just wanted the rest of our meals. Once meals were served we did not see anyone (manager/ waiter) again. Not one “ how is everything” not one “can I get anyone another drink”, a short while later, after we had finished the waiter brought our checks. Never offered coffee or dessert, which is good because our table was never cleared, there would not have been room for the desserts. I paid my check ( did receive a 20% discount) and yes I did leave a 20% tip, not because it was earned but because I have been in the restaurant business in one form or another for 40+ years. I know the server was not completely at fault, management who are the responsible party, will be paid regardless of their...

Everything seemed okay at first we came in at like 1 PM got our drinks at like 1:05 PM. Ordered a $10 shrimp appetizer and the watier brought that out within a reasonable time and asked if we wanted bread. But then we swere waiting like 30 to 35 minutes and we still hadn't gotten our orders and some other lady came out and said "we had a slow up in the kitchen we're sorry for the wait you order should be out shortly." This is on a Sunday afternoon and the place was half empty so I did not buy that excuse at all. My dad mentioned that the waiter didn't even write down our order so how could he have remembered to put in our order into the computer, he just went straight over to the bar of course ignoring us because he thinks gets more tips from the bars than from sit down customers So we wait about 15 more minutes and still nothing so I'm like screw this so I go to the front counter and tell the lady who seats the customers that "we don't want the order anymore we'll just pay for the appetizer this is taking way too long." This was by like 1:50 pm. So of course my mom threw a big fit to the manager and I got a $25 gift card and a commentary "bang bang shrimp" and they didn't charge us for the appetizer. Avoid that clown named Christian as your waiter unless you want to waste your time waiting forever to get served. It is his fault the service was lousy and not necessarily the restaurants but based on my experience here I can only be honest about what it was like. Avoid and go to...
