Exceded my expectations! 🤌 I’ve seen this place a lot of times but decided to stop by occasionally. Interior is nice and clean. Wooden tables create an atmosphere. They serve free water as a first thing. And they use a glass tumbler which is a sign of quality. My choice was a ramen. The menu has only 2 kind of ramen and I select one of them: Tonkotsy Pork Belly. Well, I thought it’s gonna something average what you can get at any ramen place. But how surprised I was once I took my first sip. Broth was really fresh and aromatic, and without sweet sub flavor. Seasoning, salt everything was well balanced. Another nice thing I what wondered me was a ginger strips. When you got one in your spoon the flavor goes being changed big time like you are eating something else but ramen. There are thousands words could be said, rather try it once. Summarizing I can tell that ramen flavor is well balanced, made of fresh and legit products and served in iron? preheated bowl (like Mexican fajitas) Unfortunately that was the only item in my order that night so I can’t tell how was drink, sushi or appetizers but something makes me think it would be good too! As a delivery driver the orders are always ready for pick up which is fantastic! When I first started delivering orders their policy was that they will hold the bag and they will give you the order after confirming by scanning the QR code which is not a problem. I had two orders last night, the lady made me scan the first order, which I followed their policy and showed her that it was confirmed. The second order she did not show me the QR code as the bag(code) was turnt the opposite way. I asked politely can she turned the bag around and I can scanned the code and confirmed the order? She never said a word, came around the counter and slammed the bag on the counter for me to scan the order, she did not notice the customers that walked into the restaurant. I am so happy that the two customers saw her behavior! When she noticed the two customers she walked away as she didn't want them to see the real her because her mask fell off but the customers smiled at me and realized it's not me that's the issue! The customers were happy that I did not react in a negative way and even opened the door for me as I left...

I found this place by accident and was hoping it'd be a good, nearby sushi place. The food is mediocre at best. I've tried this place twice this week. The first time I ordered 3 sushi rolls: dragon roll, mexican roll, and spider roll. They were all the same size (except the spider roll was a bit bigger/less pieces) and actually all tasted nearly the same...sauced, mush of avocados, and no substance to them. The rice quality was low as well. Overall, they were good, but nothing memorable.

The second time, I wanted to try out some non-sushi dishes. We ordered the chicken katsu bowl, tuna poke bowl, takoyaki, and rockstar roll. It left us feeling a lot more to be desired. The chicken katsu bowl lacked flavor, the tuna poke bowl tasted as if they poured lemon/lime juice throughout the entire bowl (it was sour), the takoyaki's flavor was all over the place between salty and sweet depending on which bite you're taking, and the rockstar roll was alright...If you're looking for a sushi place to eat that's nearby and quick, then go here.
