I placed a catering order earlier in the week, worked with Kelly who was awesome. I then get an email from a mgr to confirm my order after the fact, indicating I have two orders. Called today and Angel another mgr answers the phone. I share the purpose of my call and I get hung up. Ok that happens to all of us. I call back and the phone rings and rings and rings. 3 times. 4th time Angel answers again and now I’m mad. What?! She didn’t know it was me calling back. She offered no apology, made me feel like I was bad for calling. I tell her that I want a mgr which she replies, I AM THE MANAGER! I responded with, your a bad mgr. Yes I did but then she proceeds to announce to her staff , I’m cussing her out and all these other lies. Wow. She finally comes back to the line which I stated, I never cussed you out, never threatened, nothing. She stated I was nasty, yelling at her. Nope Mad yes . Yelling no. I’m not sure what I did wrong with the total unprofessional conduct from Angel. A simple, I am sorry and explanation of what is happening to me understand. Called back about 40mins later, another employee answered, I told them I needed to cancel my catering order. As she and I were talking, I hear Angel in the background saying, IS THAT THE LADY? She’s a …X . You can fill in the blank. If I was a Karen, I get her treatment, but that’s not the case. I have never been so poorly treated and lied about and to me directly. I assume Angel had a really really bad morning but her treatment and behavior is unfounded. I feel very attacked and extremely confused by the whole event. Never will I work with this location. Read moreJust left this location. I have a 7yr old and an infant not once did someone say hi ask how our day was going or acknowledge my children. On top of the unpleasant welcome i was rushed through my order to be pushed through the line and 4did not recieve everything i asked for on my initial order. I went back up because we are human and we make mistakes it was only a couple sauces and a cup of ice water for the baby. I stood up at the side of the counter for 10 mins and i counted 13 employees pass me without 1 of them questioning as to why im standing in the middle of THIER entrance to the back. Finally i got someones attention and got my stuff. Then i figured why not l ill give it another chance, i go up and order a milkshake.... another 10 mins go by mind you im holding an infant this while time i didnt even leave the front counter. 5 orders were taken and brought out before i said something to someone about my 1 milkshake i ordered. When i said something to the lady in the drive thru she said shes in the drive thru someone else will get it. I had a look of disgust on my face when another young lady handed it to me because it had been made and was just sitting there. Ill never return to this location!! Read moreI’m here almost weekly because my kids can’t get enough and love the indoor playground. The food is good and consistent, just like I can find at other CFA locations across the country.
The service, however, is consistently slow and poor. It’s consistent enough that I feel the need to comment. The drive through is slow. The dine in service is also slow, and they like to leave drinks and frozen items on the counter and not bring them to the table with the rest of the food, sometimes for long enough that the frozen items melt. At least they tend to leave them where I can grab them myself, not that any of the half dozen employees behind the counter even notice. Getting drink refills is like pulling teeth. The employees seem to just be going through the motions, which wouldn’t be quite so irksome if you didn’t need to go through them for so many things.
The indoor playground is nice and consistently clean. The dining area is also generally in good shape and tidy.
Unless you have kids that want to take advantage of the indoor playground, I would go elsewhere. The other area CFAs are noticeably better in the...
