Mo's Restaurant — Restaurant in Saipan

Eaten here a few times, food is covered in toxic vegy oil, no spices at all. Beef noodle bland as the nasty exterior of the building. They cant spell pepper right on any of their ads, its always paper. Shrimp with paper. salt and paper squid eyeballs. rocky mountain oysters with paper. Tried them again today, one last chance, waited forty minutes for a simple order of kung pao, they ignored me for the first 35, then said my food was ready. Ten minutes and 3 customers later, I asked where my food was, they said probably 5 more minutes. Im standing in front of your building, and you cant tell me its going to take 40 minutes to make a single order? Hows that for customer service. Never eating there again. Wont miss it. Worst chinese...
