Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Salem Township

I've had such mixed experiences with this place. After ordering 6+ times I can say a 2 is about what I would give.

My first order was around when they first opened and was lacking so I thought maybe it's just them having an adjustment period.

Next few times I was missing little things like sauces or silverware. Where I started to get hesitant was I got a salad three days out of date. Seemed okay but as someone who has worked in QSRs I know how many times we checked dates on fresh items like that.

This last time took the cake, ordered a pizza and it was a complete and total mess. Called to let them know and no sorry but they did send a new pizza without charge. I was happy with that until the driver called. We thought it was just to let us know the pizza was here since it didn't come with a tracker but it was because he wanted us to tip him again? He was really pushy about it.

It sounds like they need new drivers but also a lesson in customer service. I have worked in the hospitality industry for 7+ years and am more than understanding about things but after several attempts I cannot exsuse the lack of basic service skills and lack of...

Ordered around 11 pm to the hotel I was staying at. Basically stuff. Used a coupon.... med 2 topping and cheesey bread. Order showed up fast but the hotel is less than half a mile away from domino's. Delivery driver was cordial. No problems there. BUT the pizza crust was half raw, cheese wasn't melted. Frankly it was awful. Called the store. Was told there was no manager on duty and that there was nothing that could be done, to call back another time. Seriously? It'd half an hour from close and there's no manager??? Since the new management this place gets better & better! I used to not like Domino's. But now, it's my GO- TO for fresh, quality food at a price i can afford! First i want to say my experience to night was exceptional! I am very pleased! I've only used this location a few times (5 or 6) because they're new. The first couple experiences were less than satisfactory, but it seems the owner of the new location has REALLY stepped up his game! My pizzas were hot, topped well and ready when I arrived.
