McDonald's — Restaurant in Salem Township

McDonald's has become a bad joke. They rarely get an order right... about every other order at this location isn't correct. To top that off the pricing is literally nothing but price gouging. So you pay three times what it's worth for the wrong end product. Not very complicated orders either... like 'no pickles' or 'plain' for example. Let's end this with the most recent trip. I admit I was enticed with Grimace's birthday (some nostalgia there I guess) so I stopped for a quick bite in the drive through. Ordered a 1/4 pounder meal (large) and asked doe the drink to be upcharged to the purple berry shake. The meal with the shake came to $17... I was actually too shocked to say no way and just paid and drove off (to wait around the front of the store cause I ordered the burger plain) and after a few minutes my order was brought out. Took my bag and drove off... pulled the fries out for the drive home which of course had about a medium sized amount of fries in the large fry box and the 'purpleberry' shake which has zero berry flavor at all folks...it's vanilla with some purple food color... and, to what shouldn't be my surprise, when I got home and took the burger out to eat it was of course not plain... all toppings on the burger I waited for.

For a comparison price wise I can go to a very nice local bar and spend that 17 on a small pie and a beer and have food to take home... no more...

The level of frustration with this location is unbelievable. I understand the new girl struggling and lacking customer service as that can be expected but the person who she’s supposed to go to for help for can’t even do her job either and majorly lacks customer service skills. Not only did it take an unnecessary time to notice us, it took even longer to get help after the girl walked away and simply said she had to get someone and did not explain why. Then the woman with greenish blonde hair finally came to help she acted as though she had no clue how to take my order because she couldn’t find what I was asking for but yet the self service menu had it up… so how would you have packed that to begin with had I done it on the self serve. If I did it there It would have worked but because I only had cash I couldn’t do it there. Anyway I decided to go elsewhere then but changed my mind because I needed to get children fed I then went back up and was gonna order something simple that they could comprehend and they completely ignored me and I decided to leave because that was literally ridiculous. Just disappointed with Mcdonald's any more, first they have a sign on the one door saying now open for eating inside, but they door was locked so walk around to the other side of building to have a sign saying sorry no dinning inside, so we wait in the drive through line of 10 cars, after waiting for 10 minutes to place my order n another 10 minutes to get my food, drive back home to discover they did not give us any of our fries after paying 31$ dollars n to also find out soda's were soo watered down because all the ice has melted, this seems to be the case with Mcdonald's everywhere I go, last 2 times I have eaten at Mcdonald's the burgers were not fully cooked, when I complained they made me feel like I did something wrong n i was the problem, so when they gave me replacement burgers again they were not at all fully cooked, well they will not got anymore of my money since they just can't get it...
