If you want a food rating, it's decent food and reasonably priced. My issue with them is their failure to take responsibility for their mistakes. I do not eat pork. They gave me pork fried rice. The next day while ordering another meal. I gently advised them of their error. I did not ask for a refund, I just wanted them to get my order correct. She promptly told me that it was my fault because they assume fried rice is pork fried rice. Then she blamed her daughter for taking the order wrong after I told her I asked for fried rice, not pork fried rice. While my food was being prepared, 4 people came in for pick ups. One had a problem with their order but she was pleasant and said "Thank you" when handing them their bags and change in their hand. As for me, she placed my bag on the counter and told me "here". There were no napkins in the bag so I had to ask for them. No "Thank you" either. I will not be going back to spend money at a place that looks at me and determines that a simple apology or a thank you is not necessary. Brothers and sisters, please read...

Don’t let the photos fool you—this place is a gem. We tried the pork fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, pork dumplings, pork egg rolls, and crab Rangoon, and everything was genuinely delicious. You can tell it’s all made from scratch with quality ingredients, not the usual greasy or overly salty takeout.
The portion sizes are generous, the food was hot and fresh, and it’s an excellent value overall. The dumplings and egg rolls had great texture and flavor, and the sweet and sour chicken was perfectly balanced—not too sweet or too soggy.
It’s family-owned with friendly, efficient service, and they clearly care about what they’re doing. Definitely a solid choice for takeout, and we’ll be adding it to our regular rotation when we’re at the cabin....
Read moreYo Po is arguably the best Chinese place I’ve found around here in terms of balancing price and quality. $8 after tax for this lunch special is a bargain—undercutting the cost of most McDonalds meals while being way healthier. Their fried rice and lo mein are top contenders compared to all other Chinese restaurants I’ve tried in NEPA.
Being a North Pocono graduate, I’ve eaten from here for years and their food has always been consistently good. When I moved to Scranton I really started to miss it. Now that I work at the Verizon store in the same plaza, I’ve been grabbing lunch from here at least once a week. Cannot recommend this...
