Typical "Newer" McDonald's. Has the screens to order and pay at then pick up at counter, which is a nice concept, IF it works. They had 2 screens available for this type of ordering. I used one at the same time my sister used the other, to save us time as we were traveling. Neither screen printed out our order receipt. My screen allowed me to finish and pay, but didn't print while my sister's screen went to the pay screen then failed, sounded like it was trying to print an order receipt but didn't and never went through to the back for them to make her order. After all that fun, lol, we finally received both her order and mine on the same tray, which is absolutely fine, but when she opened her bacon egg n cheese biscuit, there was no EGG! teehee....thats was just weird. Still, no major problem, sort of funny...haha! Well my sister kindly walked her bfast sammich to the counter to show they forgot her egg, the cashier, directly after touching cash from a customer, takes her sandwich, bare dirty hands, takes the top biscuit off and says to the cook "can I just put some egg on this,!" Sorry but NOOOOOOO....that is completely gross not to mention unsanitary and disgusting. So my sister yells over, "ma'am I'm going to need a new one because you just touched my food with unwashed, bare hands after touching money." And Lord knows what else she touched....anyway...needless to say NOT the best experience...and I live next to one of the.most ghetto McDonald's in Mt. Oliver PA but that took the cake! I made sure she watched her new sammich get made, in fear that rightfully asking for a new one may cause some...
Read moreHad a big 60$ order placed for pick up i understand it was a late order 10:15 but imo if store is open the order should be made im not one to complain i worked fast food for many years growing up and understand mistakes happen but this was un called for while waiting to drive up to window they shut all lights off in and outside except a small light near register also cars were still behind me, when i got up to window they handed us the food abd said this is all we have as i went to look they asked could you pull forward and check so they can keep the line going which i understood when i checked i was missing 4 drinks, kids meal, all fries, 8 sanwiches, the sandwiches that i received were wrong big macs only had one burger the cheeseburgers were black as well as the bun and nuggets were rock hard from being re fried i went to go back in line but they had allready closed so i called next day and my order was to get replaced so few days later went to drive through to ask about replacenent order but b4 i could i was told sry we have no food and cannot serve anyone and they were turning all cars away why stay open then? Have not been back this was the worst resturaunt service i have ever...
Read moreI have been getting takeout here for a long time….. I have never had any problems until the past few times when I have dealt with the store manager named ‘SHAMALE’. Not only is he ignorant, but he is also very disrespectful to me, and my six year old son, and after he blatantly messed up the order, and then proceeded to to say very condescending things and to me before I return the food and he dropped my change in the drive-through parking lot window and said it was my fault. I proceeded to ask him what we were going to do about it any shut the slide window in my face. I hope McDonald’s corporate reads this because I have rarely had any issues with any employee at McDonald’s except for this guy who on the third time of him being disrespectful, I decided to stand my ground and told him I was going to leave a review about his horrible people skills, and just lack of care of his job, I hope this helps or McDonald’s corporation and everybody else to realize that there’s always one bad egg in the bundle. Hopefully you don’t come across him…… like we did.. god...
