Dunkin' — Restaurant in Salem

First time I have ever had someone complain about helping me at the window because it was COLD out - I honestly can't believe this happened.

I had a free beverage on my app this morning and when I had gotten to the window the girl with blue hair (don't know her name) told me "its not working - it says you already used it." Confused, I looked at her and asked what she meant. She responded with "I don't know what to say, we don't own the app." (ok then.) I refreshed the app and opened it up again in front of her to find that the free beverage coupon was still in there and after scanning the second time it still didn't work. She responded with "I don't know what you want me to say." So I asked if the manager could look at it and she rolled her eyes at me - I made a comment about her most obvious eye roll and she responded like she was having a tantrum and said "I really don't know what you want me to do - like - its cold!!"

...no words honestly, I'm just shocked. The manager didn't do anything either and I ended up paying for my free coffee which is now conveniently no longer showing in my app after they scanned it 3 times. I've actually never gone out of my way to write a bad customer review before on google but this was was too unreal to pass up. Nice...

OMG, Never has a Dunkin's been in a more perfect location! I was riding my e-bike on the rail-trails in my area. You can travel at least 15 miles from Massachusetts into New Hampshire. Most segments of the trail are smoothly paved with many benches to rest and scenic nature "overlook" areas. Occasionally you come across a path that a private business or neighborhood has created for access to and from them to the rail-trail. It was a warm, sunny, beautiful day, and I had been on the trail for at least an hour. Just about the time that my drink (attached to my handlebars) had run out, I came upon a neatly, nicely constructed path with a little wooden bridge that brought me directly into the Windham NH Dunkin's parking lot. I bought a perfectly made mango refresher and a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. This is a new (newer) Dunkin's building. It is smaller in size but still has a couple of tables and a bar-style counter looking out the windows. I rested, ate, and played on my phone for a good 20 minutes, the rail-trail wasn't going anywhere. ( unintended oxymoron, LOL ) Now, happy with another perfect Dunkins experience, with a cold Dunkins Refresher in hand, I continue my 20+ mile rail-trail...

Just went through the drive thru on my way to work. Girl with black sweatshirt was doing the windows. I was going to tip until I hear her talk to someone at the order speaker with attitude saying hold on! Rolled her eyes and says to herself geeze people yelling to me at the drive thru! Well maybe its because you couldn't simply say ill be with you in a moment. Then proceeds to hand me a medium coffee when I ordered a large! So I tell her its supposed to be a large and she rolled her eyes again! Instead of making me a new coffee she poured the medium to a large cup and just added ice! Now it tastes like crap because of the amount of cream and sugar I wanted was for a large! Im getting tired of paying for crap coffees that are not cheap at dunks! I will say there is 2 people there who are always very nice, respectful, funny and friendly and always gives great service and both of...
