Jenna gets a 5 star review for always making sure my order is correct! I feel like I have had to train most of their employees on how to handle on-the-go orders. As much as they spend on advertising the on-the-go app they should consider investing more in the app actually working correctly and in training the employees how to handle the orders. I gave 4 stars for the employees chipper attitudes but training of employees and the app need attention! I guess when I have contacted their corporate office 5 times since 2/9/19 and each time they promise a follow up and I don’t get it and have to start all over again that I shouldn’t expect much from the training program! They took almost $20 off my mobile app one day with 9 different transactions which they have admitted was fraudulent yet haven’t made it correct! They better keep Jenna around since I am already making fewer and fewer trips due to their errors costing me money! Read moreI ordered on the app for walk in because the drive thru line was extremely long. Upon going inside, there were about 7 or 8 others who were also waiting for their orders. A guy was at the counter asking about his order, since he was asked to pull forward from the drive thru window and he had been waiting there for a while too. After about 10-15 mins of waiting, they handed me 2 bags and a coffee (which would have been right for my order) only, I'm glad I checked the name and receipt number because it was the next order placed AFTER mine. I had to get her attention again to tell the lady who gave it to me that it wasn't mine and gave her my correct name & receipt number. After about 20 mins of waiting, I finally got my order. Came through this morning around 330 to pick up my mobile order and the lady talking had the nastiest attitude and tell me well you just placed the order and then they proceeded to give me half frozen wraps and this isn't the first time. I've ordered at the speaker before late at night just to receive still frozen wraps. What's the point of spending money on hot food just to get wraps with ice chunks still in the middle and have to finish reheating it at my job.
