This particular Dunkin’ Donuts has been known as the worst location in this section of the state since it’s been opened. It’s excruciatingly slow, they’re always out of things, they always mess up orders. When I worked there, we had failed three health inspections, they made me work alone with someone I reported sexual harassment against with the timing for video footage that no one felt necessary to review. Someone needs to shut this place down and turn it into a McDonald’s or something cause this just isn’t working. I mean, we have one fast food place in this town why is it only breakfast food? A McDonald’s or Wendy’s would serve everyone’s needs.
However, I would like to add that to all the not so bright people with their panties in a twist over the fact that they don’t have a public restroom, no one in the entire building has a public restaurant because it’s built on wetlands (there’s literally a sign on the four corners, sign and each individual shop/restaurant) and if any of these shops or restaurants did have a public restroom. Sewage would back up into the entire place, it’s happened before simply from employees using the restroom and then they to shut down. Also, I can assure you, none of the employees care, whether or not you return. So I don’t understand why you old folks keep saying that like it matters. Stop giving these poor people problems over some thing that has nothing to do with them. Because if I see anybody giving these youngsters any issues over, not having a restroom, I will resort to violence having worked there and dealing with the atrociously...
Read moreI consistently receive my order incorrectly, if I receive it at all. They will let you place a mobile order and have the location listed as open, just for you to drive there and find it closed at 12:30 on a Thursday. UPDATE After calling the customer service 3 separate times about a refund on the order I finally received an email from this location apologizing and giving me a $15 gift card. MY ORDER WAS $22.38 AFTER USING MY REWARDS POINTS. I had to call customer service a fourth time, just for them to refund the remaining amount to my card. Not only is their communication on being open (or having items available) non-existent, but they also don’t have the integrity to give a person a full refund. A $15 gift card, really Dunkin? I could have just been given a full refund to the card that I originally used, but even when apologizing for stealing a customer’s money you can’t help but rip them off even more. And they wonder why this location is so poorly rated. I am a Salem local, but myself and others are literally afraid to place an order here because of how often issues like this occur. Just close down and allow a reputable...
Read moreStaff is nice and fine. The manager however is a bitter, mean and horrible leader. You'll frequently hear her yelling at her staff. Demeaning them and visibly demoralizing them. Countless times I've seen her emotionally beat people down. Even once to an elderly staff member. When I asked if that was her manager the woman very quietly and sadly said "yes" when I apologized for her cruelty the staff member thanked me and said "it gets hard here. But I need the money" to walk into a place where staff morale is constantly low has an immediate impact on the product. Frequently you'll wait 10-15 minutes in the drive thru and hear that woman screaming over the speaker and through the drive thru window. The food is ALWAYS correct. But the service during the day is slow and I attribute it 100% to the horrible management. I only hope the owner sees this and takes action. Your store is going downhill. And I'm not sure how many complaints or arguments with customers due to that manager it's going to take. Don't go here. There's a Dunkin 10 minutes in either...
