Update- I decide on my lunch hour, I’ll stop express my concern and hopefully get an apology for the phone conversation and the mistake. NOPE. I go inside with the coffee with the hair still intact get to the counter and there’s 3 girls working the window and one yells how can I help, I tell her there was a hair in the drink and I wanted to talk about it, she comes and grabs the drink dumps it, goes back to the window area and ask what my drink was, I let her know and I again try to tell her there’s more I would like to say but she continues to make the drink and assist and talk to the others. After a few minutes she slides the coffee on the counter and tells me to have a good day and walks back. I walked out and gave my drink to the homeless man living outside the Dutch. I didn’t need a new drink. I wanted the employee to hear the concern so they’re able to fix for the next person. I work in customer service and I am top 6 for the best customer/company reviews/surveys. DUTCH is a WASTE of time and money.
I would give this place a zero if I could. Yesterday I went and order my usual iced Caramel Pumpkin breve. After being asked twice, I was positive they would get my drink correct, sadly it was just an iced breve with whip no caffeine, no flavoring:(. I went to get my drink again this morning and since it was a remake it was offered at no charge no questions asked. awesome I thought unfortunately I took a few drinks and still wasn’t a 100% made like I’m use too. I arrive to work and sit down reach for my drink and my there’s a long hair stuck to the inside of my cup I wish I would’ve seen the HAIR while I was driving. Read moreLast night was the first time that I’ve been to the Barnes location. The music was loud outside their building which some find annoying. Their computer system was down and they continued to swipe the card multiple times even after making the drinks. They spent more 5 minutes trying to get the card to get through. One individual there at Dutch Bros tried to manually put the card information. That didn’t go through, as they continued to swipe the card multiple times, there were at least 4-5 vehicles behind. One of the Dutch bros staff asked if we had another card to try and we were about to just leave because one they knew their system was down and they continued to take orders. Two, they spent overall ten minutes trying to get the card to get through. Three, they left our hot drinks sitting by the window the whole time and one of the drinks didn’t taste very good either. They only gave us our drinks because they wasted 10 minutes of our time because of their computer system was down and that we didn’t want to try another card to see if it will go through and that the drinks were already made. What a BIG DISSAPOINTMENT!
If they knew that their system was down. They should have either closed the coffee shop or put out a sign saying that they’re ONLY accepting cash. They’ll still make business from those who pay cash and they can figure out why the system is down. If not, keep the coffee shop closed and wait until the system up...
Read moreI don't know what happened in the last couple of weeks with this crew. The outside drive-through was so packed at 9 a.m., so I decided to go inside.
There was a group of 4 ahead of me. They received their drinks quickly and were gone. For some reason, they had only completed 1 of the 2 drinks I had ordered.
The gal at the inside counter had asked to have the main crew do my other drink because she had another customer, and they responded okay.
Then she helped the next person waiting, who ordered 4 drinks and 20 plus gift cards at various amounts, which took a number of trips back and forth.
For over 8 minutes, this went on. While 15 cars were helped.
I should have stayed in line at the drive-through and blocked traffic..
Finally, the 3 crew members helping the drive-through came in.
One of them asked me if I needed anything.
I explained that I was still waiting on one drink.
The inside crew members started pointing fingers at each other when asked. Where my other drink was.
They finally were able to complete my order after failing to add the sprinkles and stopper to my second drink.
They offered to give me a free drink for my wait because I used my app.....
Really!!!!!! I denied it and left.
Worst service and teamwork I have ever seen from this store.
