I originally switched to Wal-Mart because I thought it would be easy online ordering, medication changes, pharmacy changes, and flexible hours. This was true for 4 years-That was until I met Preston.
January 28 I called to transfer over medication, very pleasant knowledgeable (lady answered) 12 Business days had passed, and the order was not filled correctly! Wow thank goodness they weren't life saving medications like insulin.
February 12 I called to follow up on said medication by NAME. Preston assured my medication was ready. I took time off work to pick up my medication. When I received my medication, to my surprise it was used for the same purpose but NOT what I ordered or had taken before. He insisted it was the same med as usual. I got checked out with the pharmacist, she confirmed my suspicions and was polite. She offered to fax the doctor. While the circumstance was frustrating she was throughout and encouraged me to speak to her in the future to ensure my order is filled accordingly.
February 13 Morning I had a notice from my doctor that the medication order had been sent on Feb 12.
February 13 afternoon I called and kindly asked to speak to the pharmacist (as she recommended the day before). As bad luck would have it, Preston answered the phone. Preston didn’t allow me to talk with the pharmacist and refused to put me through to a manager. Finally Preston made a variety of excuses, saying she was busy, on the phone, in a meeting, with a customer. He claimed he could help me, I explained he had that chance yesterday and failed to do so. I tried to let him know my order had been sent there and he guaranteed that my order would be filled by 4pm. 4:47 Preston called, my medication would not be ready-- they were out. I again very clearly asked to speak to a supervisor or pharmacist, however, he insisted he did not have a manager or anyone that could help me.
I requested he transfer my order to different Walmart Turner rd, which he said they couldn't do, and that there were probably out too. I called Turner Walmart, Trinty as pleasant as can be, said it wasn’t a problem and filled it within an hour of my call.
Preston is unprofessional, careless, and sloppy. Long story short, switched to Safeway Pharmacy. Same prices, zero problems, leap years ahead in customer service. You...
Read moreI went in to speak to Dr. Clark as per her request for a follow up on a recent prescription change. After a week of failed attempts of making contact With Dr Clark, I called to see if she was available and was told she was with a client. Minutes later I walk in and Dr. Clark is clearly not with the client. I waited patiently for 10 minutes or so and after noticing Dr Clark was going to her office with a patient I knocked on her door to ask her 1 questions and she told me to leave or she would call security! Lol I could not believe how ridiculous this was for a situation to have escalated so quickly over me needing to buy a box of contacts and needed my prescription to reflect the changes Dr Clark made. I really wish Dr. Clark had listened to me during my initial visit (her patient) about how uncomfortable I felt about her writing a new prescription as I had already explained to her my prescription had remained the same for 10+ years. She may need to come up with an entirely new follow-up system that will be less confrontational and more of a helpful experience for her paying clients. I appreciate your efforts but I will not be coming back to this vision center I was lied to and treated as if I did something wrong. All because of poor communication and lack of time management. Maybe schedule a follow up appointment with your clients specially when writing a new prescription. Dr Clark never mentioned to me how challenging it would be to “just come in” and talk to her. I value anyones time specially a Dr. but I would appreciate if my time was valued by the place of business I’m choosing to spend...
Read moreGO TO THE TURNER ROAD WALMART THEYRE NICE ENOUGH NOT TO PUT YOUR FOOD ON THE FLOOR. Went to the commercial st walmart after work with my wife to get some goodies and also pick up some beer for a banquet we are hosting. My wife is 21 and i am 20. Pregon state law clearly states that if you are with a spouse or gaurdian who is buying alcohol as long as that spouse or gaurdian is over the age of 21. The lady that was called over to pur check stand to check our ids walked up didnt even lopk at mine and said that we cant cause were not both 21. We informed her of the law and offered to show her. She refused and picked up our groceries and started scanning them at anotger stand taking them out of the bags and putting them in new ones TOUCHING ALL OF OUR FOOD WITH HER DIRTY HANDS! And then this lady took our cart(which we needed to bring our stuff out to our car that we had to park in the back) and put half of the food she bagged on the floor. Not on the shelf right next to it. ON THAT NASTY WALMART FLOOR! We tried to object to the touching of our groceries because thats the reason we choose self checkout but she and the others aouund ignored us untill she had rang everything up. After which a very nice lady walked up and just removed tge alcohol from the original order. Like seriously you had to touch our food set it on the floor worst place ever. And if that wasnt bad enough i tried to call the store and reached somebody the first time but they slammed and i mean slammed the phone down as i started to talk. Im going in tomorrow to complain to a manager because this isnt the firsr issue ive had...
