Gandolfo's New York Deli — Restaurant in Salem

Gandalfo's is always good food no matter which location you visit. Some are faster than others, cleaner than others, have a dedicated store front just for the deli, still the sandwiches are second to none! The menu selection is huge and covers all types of meats and veggies as well as vegan and vegetarian friendly choices too. They serve amazing breakfast sandwiches. (Probably my favorite) and can handle everything from a kids meal up to a 6 footer. You can dine in, order through Doordash or even opt for catering. I feel as if my life had been taken for granted by entering this establishment. The customer service was nothing short of a chimp throwing his own Feces into my face. They missed key elements of my order to which they do not know if I have a particular allergy and could've very well cause me an allergic reaction. I never got my receipt and when I went back to talk to management, only one person was working and was extremely rude. I do not see a future going back to this place for food nor gas. If I could advice people from going here, than I shall.

The lady that was there tonight had horrible customer service. She opened the window and just looked at me without saying anything and when I asked if they serve breakfast sandwiches all day she replied "the grill is off"... so I ordered another sandwich and she said again "the grill is off. That's a hot sandwich". Not sure why the grill is off when it was prime dinner time on a Saturday night and they don't close for another 1.5 hrs? She didn't offer any more explanation, alternative options, or solutions so I just left without...
