Hardee’s — Restaurant in Salem

This place is horrible. My family of 3 (my wife, and I and my daughter who are disabled) TRIED to eat there. The egg literally tasted and looked like melted PLASTIC! Yes, PLASTIC, like the kind cheese is wrapped in. The chicken in the biscuit was overcooked. The biscuit was either over cooked or left under a warmer too long and hard. Tried to use a coupon, the employee just stood and waited after I scanned. I had to ask if it went through, then, she kept turning the card reader around and looking at it as I tried 3 times. She was of ZERO help and didn't care. I have non visible cognitive issues. She just kept waiting like I was gonna pay full price. She didn't help me with the coupon at all! I had a legitimate app coupon. She could have done something, but apparently my plight and need to use a coupon was a hassle to their day. It even appeared as though they (her and others) laughed at us. She was rude, even when I said "well , I wont be eating I guess". SHE HAD ZERO CARES! All I got was a orange juice for myself. I couldn't pay full price at $28! for 3 meals. We were on a non-scheduled necessitive trip with very little finances.

We visited a Wendys later that night and when the app had an issue, the employee said "I got it" and took off the amount of the coupon with a smile. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Food tasted horrible at this hardees, oh yeah, there were a several hash browns that were so over cooked, they were hard and there was nothing in them! Wouldnt ever go to this place again. Lousy...

Shakera!!! Absolutley the most rude person to deal with the public. Mouthy rude does not listen to customers. I asked for ketchup not once but 3 times with no acknowledgement except to pull forward. I said I would once I my request was acknowledged. Shakera claimed first she did not hear me then that she did but was busy and asked if I wanted it in my bag or my hand? Excuse me??? Rude!!!! Then Shakera told me to pull forward not asked me TOLD me because other peoples food was ready. Well I paid to be sitting in that spot waiting on my food!!! I did not pay to pull forward and gice misrepresentation to your speed of service! I did not pay to have your mouth Shakera!! Top all the wonderful service off with being handed a bag absent my requested condiments and my onion rings turned upside down! There is. I come to this location most weekday mornings, today was the absolute last day I will ever come to this location. They had no biscuits, come on now your Hardee's how do you run out of biscuits. This location has gone down hill so much in the last 3 months. They never have the inside open inside open in the morning which I understand because alot of places are short staffed. What I don't understand is having the inside closed and leaving people at the speaker in driver thru for minutes at a time before taking their order. The older lady with white hair is rude and when the inside is open she complains about the people in drive thru. The other older lady that is short is sweet and kind and provides amazing customer service. The other girls are amazing as well. Over all the service and speed of this location have gone down hill I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. This location needs...
