First of all, I hate to be āthat personā who complains about bad service at a place like KFC, but the service here was so bad lately (and esp. yesterday) that I just called customer service to put in an official complaint.
My sister has a lot of GI issues, and the only thing sheās found that doesnāt make her sick are the chicken tenders from KFC. Because this location is closest to where we usually are, we go to this one about 1-2 times a week, always through the drive-thru. The service is usually just okay, but itās reached the point weāve decided to stop coming to this one and to instead go to the one by the mall.
The main issue weāve been having is the extremely slow service. Almost every time weāve gone, we end up waiting 10-15 minutes for our food. Not only that, but we routinely see other customers who were waiting in the drive-thru line leave without their food because theyāre tired of the long wait.
Well, yesterday was especially bad. My sister ordered the 3 pc. tender box (K9) and my brother-in-law and I ordered the single chicken breast lunch box (K21), and we got some cheese curds to try. After we reached the window and paid, we were told to pull forward while they filled our order. 20 minutes later, I got fed up with waiting and went inside to see what was taking so long, especially as they only had ONE customer eating inside. They were just bagging up our order. After they handed me the bag, I told the woman (who I assume was shift lead, but Iām not certain) that their service has been unreasonably slow nearly every time weāve gone there and I intend to contact customer service about this. Her response was a very rapid-fire and uncaring āsorry about that, have a nice dayā before she turned around and walked off towards the back.
Like I said, Iām not one to complain about poor service for fast food places since they all tend to suck, but the slow service and rude staff here are bad enough to warrant a complaint. My sister has worked for KFC and even she was appalled by the terrible service.
We definitely wonāt be coming to this location again, but I do hope my complaint will at least hold that employee accountable for her terrible...

He was verifying if I could pick up my food at a closer location that is near my house. I called back back and the manager answered my call and she said they couldnāt do anything if I wanted to I could go back for my food I said Iāll just go pick up my money it was about 11.00 she said ok. I wasnāt able to pick up my money that day because I have a job and a busy schedule so I waited until the next day will when I went to pick up my money the manager helped me out and said I couldnāt get my money or order because I waited to long. Iām so upset thatās so unprofessional and in my opinion if I went and got food and didnāt pay I Would probably get the police called on for stealing rite but since they were the ones to mess up my order they could steal my money and act like nothing happen.
