I love that it’s a different variety of food on the menu and it all seemed really authentic and well presented. I got the enchiladas de mole and the sopes. Sopes were very tasty, I especially liked the deep fried shell. Enchiladas de moles had such a unique flavor, I’ve had mole before but mostly as a dipping sauce, so the flavor was a bit overpowering to me as the sauce for the enchiladas. I was surprised when I was charged $6 for a large horchata plus $2 dollars for using my card because they charge 4% of your total to make a payment. Usually a large horchata cost $3.50 at most places. We got the enchiladas de mole to go. They were FABULOUS! Memorably wonderful! The best mole that I've had in years. The flavor of the sauce was so complex, the tortillas were perfect, and the chicken was flaky and delicious.
