Owner MUST READ. I personally have made it a concern to give businesses the best and most honest review I can. Knowing how important it is to have good standing with the public. And I honestly want to give this place a low score or negative if it was possible. I'll ignore my crushed feelings. Do your feelings matter? My wife thinks so. She don't have the fear of expressing them like I do. She would tell you how she never felt safe as a long term resident. Paranoid always in fear of her safety and her car parked out side. I would say to her "your tripping who's going to mess with your old car. She was constantly having issues with the employees. Knowing how she is I wrote it off as dramma don't care. Well can only do that so long with your wife. About a year and maybe 20,000 or more brings me up to this right now. I have to work most of the time so she at the hotel all day everyday and hates it. I am just happy to have a shower and bed. All her tripping and drama comes to a head with a 200 plus fine for smoke detection tampering. We all know not to mess with them. Me personally understand how important they are in saving life's. I'm working and answer the phone and she tells me we have to move there kicking us out. She hates the place and has tried to convince me that we need to move. I am reminding her how sleeping out side is not an option so get over your what ever get along with others or just ignore. But this time that is not an option. So I call the office at the hotel and get the run down. Must pay 200 plus or move. This is the part my feelings start getting hard to ignore My wife can't cook she burns. The smoke detection is a common sound I've learned to embrace. She can't and puts something around it to stop it from saving lives. I hate to be my wife's dad telling her don't do that or this bla bla. To shorting a long story the employees seen her attempt to stop life's from being saved . And on top of the 20,000 spent for my showers another 200 more is required to stay. I want her to work it off. Wishful thinking. Do you wanna guess the rest of the story. I thought I was good business. My bank account can prove that. I ran into the one who witnessed the heinous crime. We had a conversation about it we both totally agree and said the lady left Noone knows anything about it hear now she'll be back in the morning. Ok being super tired I'm waking up to a phone call I answer and I'm told we had to leave .....and thats it. Wow I'm heart broken the guy I spoke to last night assured me they are not targeting me and that anyone that makes the heinous crime must pay. Don't take it personally. I'm not sure if he was accurate my business is not expected now... my opinion I won't make mine public cause of my own war on ratings but I wonder what the owner would think or do... was my money not good enough. First off the hotel showed true colors after realizing my husband was African American. After literally having to 'camp'with our kids for almost 15 months we were assisted by an amazing community group with help for a room- originally it was reserved online for 2 beds for 2 weeks- well I lost my ID somewhere in Hussle of moving to hotel. Needless to say room reservation was switched to my daughter 1-they refused to honor my reservation 2- she was charged almost $600 my re for renting some same day for same length of time but only 1 bed 3- they profiled her as just wanting a party spot(excuse me what 18y.o. you know that can drop cash for hotel for 2 weeks like it's 2 months rent?!?) So placed us right next to office we have 2 full-time workers and got to deal with office phone constantly ringing and it's foot traffic. 4 - five days in we were moved to another room to help us supposedly be able to rest comfortably room was even smaller, on second floor towels could only be exchanged 1 time, given a hard time for asking for toilet paper, fire alarm made it impossible to cook which is why we picked this place. Making eggs and alarm would not stop until neighbors call front desk to complain so I gave up with making anything else. Our first 2 weeks came to an end and although we were not super impressed with them we decide to stay 2 more weeks. This time reserved under hubby name and for 2 beds...hubby works so we ask for early check-in so we wouldn't have to wait out side in some random place; That was a NO, ask for late check out since both daughter & hubby had to work; That was a NO. When hubby got off went to check in all of a sudden they need $100 cash, everyone must have id or if adults are caught staying we forfeit our deposit and stay. Honestly the woman was completely rude, and dismissive of my husband, threatening to call cops to 3 kids while everyone could see we were moving our stuff out. We went...

in the process of looking to buy a home, we had to stay in hotels. This is one of the better ones. The front desk clerk. Misty and Kathryn have been very helpful, always smiling and cheerful and always happy to help. My only problem with the hotel is the homeless knocking on our asking us for stuff like toilet paper to use our bathroom and when i walk out to my vehicle for clean socks. But overall, our stay has been nice. The only other thing I can say is bad as some people have no consideration for others and that is the neighbors being obnoxiously loud after hours. Also some the housekeeping staff are so helpful the go above and beyond they clean room on certain days for longer stay customers and even it’s not a day for my room when they see me out and about they all ways ask if my family needs any thing weather I need anything or not they’re always asking which I really appreciate not many hotels are like that when I needed to move from one room to another. They were very helpful. The housekeeper Roger is very polite And as I said we’re in the process of buying a house and when the first house fell through, I was sitting outside very upset and the housekeeper Candi came up to me and asked if I was OK and she was very helpful And she gave me some numbers for realtor which led to us finding a new lender and we are signing on a house on 12 September all thanks to her And she makes it a point to always doesn’t matter if it’s our day or not to ask us if we need anything and she is more than willing to get us the things that we need when we need them and not when it’s our time to have them She is very polite. she keeps my spirits up.
