WHAT IS GOING ON AT THE TURNER ROAD LOCATION IN SALEM OREGON?? HAVE YOU LOOKED AT THE GOOGLE REVIEWS FOR THIS EXACT LOCATION. SO MANY ARE ONE STAR!!! WHY OUT OF TWENTY OR MORE ONE STAR RATING REVIEWS IS THEIR ONLY ONE REPLY FROM PANDA EXPRESS. THE GIRL NAMED CYNTHIA I BELIEVE AT THE DRIVE THRU HAS AN HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. SHE ARGUES WITH CUSTOMERS AND BASICALLY SAYS YOU’RE LYING WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER. SHE IS VERY SHORT AND SNAPPY WITH YOU AS WELL. SHE FORGETS ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER THAT YOU ALREADY REPEATED TO HER TWICE!! I WAS THERE A FEW WEEKS AGO AND ASKED AN EMPLOYEE FOR THE BATHROOM CODE AND ALL HE KEPT SAYING IS THAT HE WAS ON LUNCH AND I NEEDED TO ASK SOMEONE ELSE!! THANKFULLY ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WHO BY THE WAY WAS ALSO ON LUNCH WAS KIND ENOUGH TO GIVE ME THE CODE. SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES HERE HAVE ROTTEN ATTITUDES. THE RESTAURANT HAS DIRTY TABLES THAT NEED TO BE WIPED. YOU CAN’T EVEN GET NAPKINS EXCEPT FROM BEHIND THE COUNTER. THE PORTIONS ARE VERY SMALL UNLESS YOU’RE A FRIEND OF A WORKER. THIS LOCATION NEEDS SOME SERIOUS RESTRUCTURING AND SOME PEOPLE NEED TO BE RETRAINED ON HOW TO TREAT A PAYING CUSTOMER WHO KEEPS THE DOORS OPEN. Read moreThis used to be our favorite location, however last two times we have been in the evening around 6 :00pm service is subpar, food is out, or undercooked.
Last time my sons teriyaki chicken was completely raw and the staff seemed irritated I brought it back up and I had to ask for a replacement. Our other main items were cold.
Tonight same crew no ice for beverages they had no veggies as soon as they came up some said don’t touch them and scooped them up on another order that was still waiting for items. ( they got their other items when the second round of veggies came up) when I was given my veggies not only was the majority of my food finished but it was full of gelatin like goo I assume the seasoning they cook it in. The veggies were not cooked so the gelatin was in my veggies ( looked like someone blew their nose in my plate it was not eatable. I brought it up and the again the staff was irritated and seemed as if they didn’t care. I pointed to the remaking veggies and states they are undercooked and they also have your gelatinous seasoning balled up in there. She shrugged her shoulders and then offered to make me fresh. I stated no thank you I had to wait for those and we are now done, didn’t want you guys to send out the rest that way. My husbands teriyaki chicken wasn’t a full order and cold/ over cooked. My sons once again raw.
Don’t know if it’s this location or this crew. Definitely will not return during this shift and possibly not...

I work for DoorDash. I got an order request for this Panda location. I let them know I'm there, and they said they'd start working on it. Not the best start, considering most other locations usually have it ready by the time I arrive or just about ready. So I stand for a bit and wait, and see that they have to cook up some chow mein which the order I was picking up needed. No biggie, shouldn't take too long. 5 minutes go by.. then 10.. then 15... still no food. Surprisingly at this time, this location wasn't super busy at all, yet somehow I'm still sitting and waiting for this to-go order that was supposed to be ready by 4:33 PM.. and customers just walking in are getting their food well before me. Finally get an update that they're waiting on some black pepper chicken. Cool. It isn't until almost 5 pm that I finally receive my order-- the time the customer was supposed to be receiving the food from me. There were 6 employees on site in the kitchen and I believe a general manager as well. I received no apology for the wait, or even an offer for a drink while waiting as I have from a variety of other restaurants in similar situations. Extremely disappointed in how this was handled. I felt extremely ignored and like I was just an after thought....
