I am having the worst time getting my license here. I did everything they asked, yet they do not answer their phones or return emails anymore after complaining. I have left several messages and emails and nothing. They took my money and ran with it after doing everything they required of me. I have been told I am not the only one. They are worse than California. Eventually I will move out of this state as Oregon is not what it use to be. I am super upset as I am losing a lot of money on getting back to work and currently no income at this time due to layoffs within hospitals that I worked for. Read moreCan’t get ahold of anyone...It seems they left an outgoing voice mail and then everyone left, seeing as all the voice mailboxes are full. Why should I pay the board renewal fees if I can’t even get anyone to answer a question? The website says what the renewal requirements are reduced and ‘contact’ CEU’s are not required while Oregon is in a state of emergency, however at this point, the state of emergency is set to expire right BEFORE my massage license renewal...so does that mean if I’m not prepared with ‘contact’ CEU’s that I won’t be able to renew? Simple question I can’t get answered because no one will answer the phone in the middle of the day...
