Six Scoops — Restaurant in Salem

A bit on the expensive side, especially for the area. L🩷VE the concept and the decor, but the ice cream 🍨 is not the best or the best tasting. It is also a bit too soft for hand scooped and for cones, etc. Ok for shakes and sundaes...maybe. Also did not care for the 🍓 🍌 shake I tried one time.

I take my grandson, but otherwise would probably just not go.

I really want to support this business. The owner is an amazing person and a fine example of the business community in our nice small town. She has been in business with her salon here for over 25+ years and is a wonderful person and stylist.

I just find the ice cream isn't as good as the concept and decor/surroundings. Service seems to vary, and has been awesome, and yet lackluster at other times. I hope they maybe switch up a few things, like their ice cream supplier and selection (need a real chocolate/peanut...
