Casey's — Restaurant in Salina

We have gone to the caseys on Iron for years for pizza at least once a week being we live a block away. In the last few months the service and pizza have gotten worse and worse. Its always a gamble these days. We just used our app to call in an order. It said it would be resdy in 45 min which would be about 8: 50. At 40 min I called to see if it was about ready bc i know some times they run a little late. 1st off the lady was very rude just bc i asked if it was almost done.Then she said she just put it in the oven, and it would be done about 915 or 930. So now she added another 30 to 40 minutes to a pizza thats already in the oven. I have been there when they messed up my pizza, and had to wait for one start to finish. It took less than 15 min. So this lady planned on leaving the pizza sit out for at least 15 to 20 min before she got it in the box. I frequent this store a lot! There are a couple of staff that need to improve their customer service, but the rest of the very helpful, and friendly staff make up for that. I personally don't know if I could keep my cool with some of the rude, disrespectful customers that frequent the store; From the rude teenagers, to the drunks from Thursday thru Sunday( they fight, curse, and make a mess in the stores); to the people yelling because there's no pizza done, and they have to wait for it to be cooked. I was in there on Saturday and a lady was arguing with the cashier that she had a 'winning' lottery ticket. The cashier ran it thru the machine 3x and went over the ticket with the lady. Then she started cursing, refused to buy her stuff that was rang up, took her losing ticket and stormed out of the store. These men and women put up with a lot of bulls$&* with it being a 24-hr convenient store w/ gas,food abd toiletries. I give...

I go here almost daily and the last several times there's been no hot foods available around 5:30pm. Today I went in and stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes while Beth completely ignored me while making pizzas. I finally had to walk over by the oven and asked if any pizzas were coming out? She interrupted me and yelled, "NO and it'll be 1 1/2 or 2 hours!!" There was no eye contact made, no apology. Just a rude and nasty attitude. If you hate life and your job so much, I suggest not working in customer service!

08/30/2023 - Went in just after 6am to get breakfast after a long shift and there was nothing. No donut selection, no breakfast pizza, no hashbrowns. Only 2 sandwiches, 2 biscuits and gravy, and 2 breakfast bowls or whatever they're called. I'm not sure why this store has so...
