Chuck's Bar — Restaurant in Salina

My husband and I went to eat there and sat for almost 10 minutes before our waitress Amber came by and asked if we had been waited on yet. She took our order and then she came by later and said that they were out of onion rings that I had ordered, so I said that I would do the steak fries. My food came out and it was cold and the fries weren't even steak fries. My huabands food wasnt even done yet. They remade my order again and brought both of our meals out then. Mine was made right and all of a sudden they had onion rings again. My husband ordered home fries and he got onion rings. There were 4 tables that didnt even get cleared the entire time we were there. Two of them finally got cleared right before we left and we were there for over an hour. Good thing they were not busy, might have been 2 hours. Waitress was also eating while walking around on the floor in front of customers. Hope the owner sees this. Probably won't go back in for awhile which sucks because until now this was definitely one of our 5 favorite places to eat...

Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Our server was Olivia I believe, she was great. The negatives are....went to the restroom and 2 other servers had just walked in. I went in and both were in one stall getting high. One comes out stands there talking to the other who then flushes and both leave without washing their hands🤢🤮. Even if neither even used the restroom they are employees handling other people's food and touching things in a public bathroom. Another employee walks out of the kitchen with gloves on, into the bathroom and a couple minutes later comes back out of the bathroom still with the gloves on and back into the kitchen. Had I seen the kitchen staff do this before I had ate I sure wouldn't have stuck around to eat the food. If it wasn't for the employees who don't think they need to wash their hands and another who thinks its OK to go to the bathroom and return to the kitchen with the same gloves on then they would have got 5...

This place is great if you want to drink and have a great atmosphere to do it in. We tried the food there and not impressed. Went on a Tuesday and really did not have much of a crowd. We placed our order and we stopped keeping time after 20 minutes. The boneless wings honey barbecue. They were average in quality, I would compare them to pizza huts in quality. The turkey sandwich was average quality, thick pieces of meat for meat lovers. We have had their mountain oysters this time and they were between warm and cool when eating them. They also were very spongy compared to others we have had in the past. Sorry about the clarity of the picture. Finally the Irish fries. I would not recommend eating them as a main course. There was more cheese than there were fries. It was not bad with the jalapeños and meat. It would be like taking your fork and eating cheese sauce. We will come back again and see if it was a one time thing or if...
