Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Salina

My dad goes into this dairy queen almost every day before he rides his bike to work. Since Monday there have been ads on commercials advertising buy one blizzard get the second one for .99 I told him about it and he went in the next day and came home that night and said he got 2 blizzards that were one of the new flavors. The Oreo fudge and he said that there was no sign advertising buy one get one for .99. So then the next day (yesterday) he went back to the same dairy queen and got one Oreo fudge and one chocolate covered cherry blizzard and they charged him regular price for those too. So I called them fifteen minutes ago and asked them if they are participating in the special. She informed me that they were. I told her about my dad having to pay full price and that there were no signs there. The young woman on the phone then informed me that her manager said that you have to REQUEST for the discounted price. There was no apology. There was no attempt to rectify the situation to keep the very loyal customer happy and returning I know it may be trivial and not that big of a deal but my opinion of this company has severely...

I went thur today ask for a hand packed pint paid for it got home realized it wasn't right id ask for chic and I got vanilla I called as I was driving ask and was told ok they'd fix it. I pull in and was told all 3 heard me say vanilla and they planned on charging me again I said no thank you id just like a refund and was told they don't do refunds at all. I ask for a manager and was told she had left so I ask for her name and was told angel and then the young teen age boy slammed the window in my face. I called the other DQ and was told I was the 3rd person in and hour to call and complain about this store. The employees were all so very rude and I will absolutely not be going back to this store. By the way the other store had me come out and fixed it for you! I will be driving across town from now on. Way to go dairy...

I go to this Dairy Queen on north iron a lot until today. They took our blizzard orders and then when we pulled up to the window they didn’t have my blizzard and claimed we didn’t pay for one of my child’s blizzards. Mind u we only ordered 4 blizzards. This child that was about 12 years old came to the window and said we didn’t pay for one of the blizzards and my blizzard wasn’t even on the ticket!! How did they not charge me for my sons blizzard when it was on the receipt!!!! I told the child that was 10-12 yrs old they could keep my blizzard and we still had to pay for the other blizzard they claimed wasn’t paid for and refused to give me my receipt . STOP HIRING UNDER AGE CHILDREN WHO R NOT MATURE TO EVEN HELP LET ALONE READ...
