Second time there. First visit was the lunch special (Meatloaf) it came with a salad, green beans, with mashed potatoes and gravy and a roll. It was delicious. No pictures though, because I ate it up! I went back for lunch at a later time and got the hamburger with hand cut fries. Your fry selection was shoestring or hand cut. It was delicious, and I had a slice of lemon meringue pie for dessert. Will definitely be back! Ok, I went back for the taco salad and it did not disappoint! My new favorite spot in Salina!

Quaint, small town cafe with all the comfort foods for breakfast and lunch. Today's lunch special was "Fried Bologna Sandwich"! Not with those skinny slices from the lunch meat packages but a nice hefty, 3/4" slice, with cheddar cheese and tangy BBQ sauce. Always friendly service and conversation if you want. This place never fails to satisfy.

Good local, small town country Cafe. There are a few local places that offer a good traditional breakfast. This is one. Food here is good. Service was great. Small places, tucked in so hard to find but worth it. They do also serve dinner on Monday, Thursday, and Friday. Great place for Catfish on Fridays!

Good local, small town country Cafe. There are a few local places that offer a good traditional breakfast. This is one. Food here is good. Service was great. Small places, tucked in so hard to find but worth it. They do also serve dinner on Monday, Thursday, and Friday. Great place for Catfish on Fridays!

The food is rwally good, the prices kinda surprised me, portions are good, but not far from compared to $ 5.95 at McDs, I mean I couldn't get biscuits gravy, hashbrowns, 2 eggs, 2 sausage any cheaper at M Ds... I guess I just see $9.50 for breakfast and think " ouch"...but when compared it's a good deal. And I prefer giving my money to independent, local restaurants VS. Chains....
