I came here with friends from out of town because I often talk about how much I like the food, and all we got was attitude and rude commentary and eye rolls from Megan and I was completely embarrassed bringing my friends here. Every single time I asked her for something she laughed, rolled her eyes and ignored us and walked away. She argued with the man next to me about asking her for a drink even though he was sitting down at the bar and she continuously ignored him, so how could anyone get her attention if she acting like she can’t hear anyone and never checking in, will everyone just get drinks whenever she’s ready to speak? Then she began to scold us like children, about what to expect at a bar, I kind of just expect her not to be yelling and be rude to every single person that’s asks her for something. If you want to get yelled at come to this place on the weekends after 8, where Megan clearly hates her job. On the plus side, the people that work during the week and earlier in the day like Avery definitely know how to treat people with respect. Megan is miserable and unpleasant, energy is contagious, I’m sure she makes everyone around...
Read moreA wonderful lunch turned into a really heavy meal. I'm so full there I was'nt even hungry at dinner time. I'm so full I wasn't even hungry at dinner time. I ordered the Philly cheese steak minus bell peppers plus mushrooms. Also, I got onion rings, ice tea with lemon, and a root beer float--yum-o! A very eclectic bar-and-grill, I had never eaten here before and so the rather obscure and sometimes funny items just caught my eye. My daughter had recommended the Philly, so I tried it - it was good; she was right. Although not obviously catering to the handicapped person, handicapped persons can be served here. Parking is difficult, because it is street parking. You get your parking 1st come 1st served. Although it's an older building, the place looks clean and well organized and well decorated. Apparently, the reputation is good for food, and from what I ate, everything I ate was excellent-- The good reputation seems...
Read moreIt's such a shame that the business have such rude & disrespectful bartenders. I've read through the reviews & I am not the only who have had an awful experience with the bartenders. My husband & I had a rare chance to have date so we decided to have some drinks we encountered a female bartender who was rude and condescending. When we asked for drinks she straight out asked us "so your not going to leave a tip?" My husband jokingly said "I'm broke" she kept rubbing it in our faces making comments like we shouldn't be out if we are broke & can't afford to leave a tip. If we feel you that you do not deserve a tip we are not going to leave you one especially if they're rude. She seemed like so entitled for tips. Just a side note to this bartender if you want to receive tips, try! having some customer service skills & just maybe you'll...
