I love Starbucks, and I have had a lot of great experiences. I went here and I asked the cashier to reload my card with $50 since I was going to go the next day with some friends and I wanted my card to have money loaded so I didn't had to reload the same morning, usually once you reload your card, it's automatically ready to use because it updates instantly, but the next morning when I went with my friends to another Starbucks store (on North Sanborn Rd.) my card didn't went through, so I had to pay in cash and contacted the company because the cashier didn't do the reload (not sure if he didn't do it, or if he didn't do it correctly) so I had to do some other steps and it took me two weeks of doing verifications and process to get my money loaded into my card. Like I said before I love Starbucks and I am an active gold member, so one bad experience won't make me stop from drinking Starbucks or going to this store, we are all humans and we all do mistakes so I'll just let go. I am willing on going back to this Starbucks ❤️💯 I'll still give...
