I arrived early and waited until 9:04 am when the middle-aged blond turned on the lights and unlocked the door. I apologized for needing a sub so early, she asked for my order and I proceeded to tell her; a "6 inch chicken bacon ranch on italian with american cheese, toasted". After putting on her gloves she asked "what kind of bread would you like?". After adding the chicken and bacon she asked what kind of cheese do i want as she rattled off 7 different kinds! At the end she informed me that i needed to pay cash, as her register is not open yet. I paid her exact change, she thanked me and ignored me from then henceforth. I couldnt find my sandwhich! She'd bagged it ( but none of my other items) and left it lay on her side of the counter behind a tall stack of green trays. I looked around for a bit before finding it! I've been going here ever since they moved and opened at new location. You can tell they recently got new owners that I want them to know you can tell and it's not a good thing. Several times lately have been something different. One time my bread was hard and not fresh. This time I asked for more pickles and she looked at me like I was asking for the whole container they have majorly cut down on what they give you on your sandwich and are not like they used to be. Their ice machine didn't work so I couldn't get a soda and had to get a bottle which I'm pretty sure they charged me for the upgrade when that is the owners problem and should give as a substitute. This subway is the best. They always go out of their way to make you have the best experience! They really care about their customers. I would recommend this place to everyone. For who said they go light on meat let me just say something they have a formula to follow and all you have to say is can I please have more meat and I’m sure they would be happy to do that for you. And for the coupons maybe it was for a sub that it didn’t work on so don’t get all worked up Just cause they didn’t honor a coupon for you.
