Crimson Coward Nashville Hot Chicken — Restaurant in Salisbury

Gonna open with please give this restaurant your business. The ingredients are quality, the food is well seasoned and cooked to temp. That being said, there are a couple issues that come down to experience. Our chicken sandwiches were mislabeled. My wife is pretty sensitive to heat and I very much am not. They labeled the country style one with hot and vice versa. She lost the chicken russian roulette and we swapped. No real harm, but a little not cool. Second you can order a whole blossomed fried onion here! It tasted good, but it wasn't sliced properly. Like you can pick the whole thing up by the center with it staying together. Had to slice it to eat it. Again, it tastes good, just needs some streamlining. Great spot, and the more business they get the better the new crew will get. Hope yall...

Alright guys, if you want some top notch chicken sandwich this is it. Im drooling typing this review as this sandwich was the highlight of my day. The crisp pickles, the delectable chicken breast perfectly fried lathered with nashville hot seasoning. The icing on the cake was the crimson coward sauce that made me tremble in awe of this beautiful creation. Hands down, 5 out of 5 stars across the board.

I ordered a 3 piece medium chicken tender with fries. The tenders were generous sized and cooked to perfection. They were juicy and tender but a little on the greasy side. The breading and seasoning were very good but the chicken itself needed some salt, pepper, and garlic to make them perfect. I will be returning to try other items on the menu and my be brave enough to try the burn baby...
