Normally, I don't leave reviews, but I felt compelled to write one today. This Dunkin is closest to my home and one that I use often, especially for breakfast. Most days I order on the app, pick up in store and then jump on 95 South and head down the highway.
The trouble is that my order is frequently incorrect. Here are the two most recent examples. Two weeks ago, I order two bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches on an everything bagel and ended up receiving two everything bagels with cream cheese, which I didn't discover until I was 10 miles down the highway. Today, I ordered two bacon egg and cheese wake up wraps and an ice coffee with two stevia, but received two sausage egg and cheese wake up wrap, and a black ice coffee. Luckily, I checked this time before getting on the highway and they did correct it for me.
I will say that the store is new and clean, and the staff is friendly and courteous. I don't know what is causing the issue, but I use Dunkins all over the North Shore and southern New Hampshire area, and this is the only store that I don't trust to get my order correct. Read moreAs a quick drive thru customers, we ordered a coffee and a donut. Simple as that. The woman in charge of the drive-thru window obviously didn't put the lid on the coffee on all the way. Thus leading to some spilled coffee. Accidentally or not, that's not suppose to happen. She then put another lid on the coffee and said, "wanna try this again?" Her choice of words didn't bother me, it was how she said them and the words she chose to speak to us. If your gonna speak the truth kindly, at least be kind and about it. It takes less than a millisecond to be apologetic and be a bit more friendly in the morning. She obviously gave my dad a not so surprisingly look. One of those, really you freaking (f-ing) kinds of face expressions. That lasted a second. I obviously don't care if she likes or hates her job and the jobs included at the job, she needs an awakening. I'm not expecting her to be a ray of sunshine and act professional a hundred percent all the time. The least she could have done is be a bit more considerate for us. Read moreFirst time at this Dunkin Donuts & service was HORRIBLE. Did not make a very good first impression. I went in for service, there was 5 to 7 employees, they were ALL helping drive-thru. I stood there for 7 to 8 minutes, before someone walked by & said " be with you in a minute" during this time 6 or 7 more customers came in & were waiting behind me. About 3 or 4 minutes later, a different employee walks up, & says " can I help whoever's next" . First off, how about SORRY for the wait & who do you think is next? The person at the end of the line, or no maybe the one in front, who you saw standing here for past 10 minutes. It's great they keep drive-thru moving, but 1 employee should be able to help those inside. First impression? Not very good. Maybe I'll try...
