Me and my daughter just left this location. Mind you it’s pouring rain today and there was only 1 car there in the drive thru when we pulled up and empty on the inside. So we walked in and the young lady standing at the drive thru window turns and looks at us and takes a double take before I assumed she went to let whoever was working the counter know that they had customers. But we stood there a few more seconds before I went over to see where everyone was at looking over the counter and saw three people in the back. So I went to stand at the register again waiting for someone to come over. When after a few more seconds another lady walked over to the drive thru window and the First lady I mentioned came walking towards the counter. Instead of saying hello how can I help you. She points to the other lady now in the drive thru window saying that she would help us as she then bent down to put donuts in a bag. How many people does it take to run the window and they were more concerned about taking the window orders than actual customer inside. I’ve been too this location a couple of times never going inside but in the drive thru and had not received decent customer service yet still decide to spend my money here on occasion because it’s the closet location to me. But this was my last time going here and I will make it a point to drive across town to the best location on Tilghman Rd before going here again.
Update: 5/2023 So I’ve given this location a try again on multiple occasions in the past two weeks. Only because it is the closest location to me on my way to work. I must say that this location continues to be a disappointment when it comes to service. I don’t know if they need hearing aides or glasses but something is wrong! I’ve gone twice ordering a iced foam coffee with extra cookie pieces and have yet to receive any extra cookie pierces lol. I’ve gone on another occasion ordering a butter pecan iced foam coffee with 1 pump of caramel and extra cookie pieces. Get to the window and the guy goes to hand me a iced coffee with no foam or cookie pieces. I ask where is the foam and cookie pieces and he adds the foam and cookie pieces. I leave and get to the stop sign and go to take a sip. I read the slip on the cup and it just says iced caramel 4 pumps coffee. So I proceed to turn around and ask for my drink to be made correctly because I did not ask for a caramel iced coffee I asked for a butter pecan iced foam coffee with 1 pump of caramel. So it’s remade and with no extra cookie pieces lol. Also on one occasion I ordered the new butter pecan donut obviously it’s a (normal size) donut and it’s delicious. So delicious I go back the next day and ordered two. Took them to work to let my coworkers try them out. But when I open the bag I have two Popeye biscuit size donuts. What happened to the rest of the dough for them not to be regular sized yet I’m paying the regular price. When I say I am completely over this location I mean it they will not get anymore of my hard earned money for their inability to listen, see or make products as advertised. Almost forgot about the mini tacos lol I mean if I needed to feed a toddler that’s something I would probably order for them. But to feed an adult absolutely ridiculous. Advertising is misleading and the tacos themselves are not worth a penny they need to just disappear...
Read moreI’ve been coming to this location for five years or so. But this morning was the absolute worst experience. I placed a mobile order and I gave them at least 20 minutes to get the food ready. When I arrived to pick it up in the drive-through, they were not busy, I took my food and pulled away and then I checked it. I was missing a bagel. So I pulled back through the drive-through, which again was not busy and I explained to them what happened and whoever was on the speaker, which was a female had a sort of attitude when I explained to them what happened.
I pull around to the window and I explained to the young kid what happened and he was very pleasant. The manager walked over with a bag and sort of flung it to him at which point I asked if I could get a extra cream cheese and I explain to them that on the app it doesn’t give you the option to add cream cheese. With a very sarcastic face and with an attitude, she said it’ll be $1.48. I said just forget it.
Was not busy when I was here, my mobile order was 8962 and it’s probably gonna be a while before I come back to this location. I can understand if it was busy, I can understand if it was my mistake, but it wasn’t. The customer service was just awful from whoever the female in the red shirt was.
In 2024 there are way too many options out here as far as bagels and donuts, my kids wanted Dunkin flavored so I came here. But in the future, they might want to realize all the options people have how they...

I could deal with it not being in stocks (as it seldom was) but straight up GONE! Is enough to force me to Krispy Kreme! But I don't understand the tactic in deleting one of your Most popular donuts off the menu!! They dropped the ball in the conference room on that one! The only reason I still drink the coffee 6 days a week, is I have an employee custom making it. I refuse to buy it any other way from anyone else!
