Glory Caribbean Express (Haitian Store) — Restaurant in Salisbury

Walking in I was confused bc I couldn’t see where the food was being cooked or ordered. When you first walk in it’s straight in the back (tinted window) may look like it’s a storage section. The lady was nice and patient don’t speak English very well but pleasant and understood what I was trying to order and what food they had. I spent $28 in total and it was worth every dollar. Picture provided below) Enough to last me for the next day. *Fried goat *Plantain *Rice and beans And I asked her for some sauce on the side. (Gravy like) so I could pour it over my rice and goat. Delicious!!!! Everything was cooked and tasted how I would expect.

For takeout. We bought goat and pork. The food wasn't fully cooked and it had not much seasoning. They put 7 pieces of half-cooked pork on the plate. The legumes had large pieces of onions and bell peppers in it. The portion size was small. I had this experience twice, so now I'm leaving this review. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt.
