EDIT #2 as of 1/22/25. This place is literally a garbage dump. I ordered mizzas last night for the first time in probably a year. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I figured now, maybe they’re doing better. I thought wrong. After over an hour, I tried calling mizzas several times to see if my order was still going to be delivered. Mind you, it was past 9:30pm and I placed the order somewhere around 8pm, and paid at the time of ordering. This was with PLENTY of time before the store closed to get 2 cheeseburgers sent my way. Long story short, not only were the two burgers literally cold, maybe Luke warm at BEST, but the cheese not even melted, and they were made incorrectly. After paying for toppings and side dressings, never received either. After speaking with TODI, I was told my order would be refunded and that he was having this trouble because he willingly sent his coworkers, “his girls”, as he calls them, home early. And he was the ONLY one working. Sounds like you should’ve kept those employees to help ensure you don’t have messed up orders and angry customers. Now, here we are, the next day. No order refund, nothing in sight. On top of that, todi said “well I guess today just isn’t your day huh” in a text. Who talks to their PAYING CUSTOMERS like that? Definitely wanted my refund after that one. I would NOT like to give my money to or support such baboonery. This place has done nothing but gone downhill, employees literally quit left and right due to the crappy treatment, (several of my friends being employees in the past) food has often made my family and friends sick, and when it does taste good now the order is still wrong. The hell is going on with this place? I’m typically very laid back when it comes to stuff like this. I understand the restaurant business. However, there’s certain things that do not sit well with customers when this is the treatment you get every time.
Good food, but literally EVERY time I order for delivery (I live 9 mins away) they tell me 30 to 45 minutes, and there has not been ONE time where my food has arrived to my house in less than an hour and a half. Yes. 90 minutes. Finally, one time I’ve called and been told the food has left and been on the way, and never got my food. They closed for the night without delivering my food, and I paid card. I received no refund, phone call, or any communication as to why my food was never delivered. Nonetheless, the food is good. Staff just seem like they don’t care much, and are typically snappy over the phone.
Edit#1; if I could give it a 0 I would. After speaking with the owner and fixing the initial issue, we went right back to square one. Last week I ordered a SINGLE bacon cheeseburger w/ fries. OVER TWO HOURS PASSED! The Boss “put me on hold” without muting it, called the delivery driver ON SPEAKER, and the driver literally said he forgot to stop at my house. I was then told I’d be credited for my order, great. I called to place an order last night, for the first time since the incident the week prior, and the female on the phone was INCREDIBLY RUDE, and they insist I was given a refund when my bank clearly shows I was not. I attempted to contact the owner once again, and have gotten no response back whatsoever in regards to this, even after sending him the proof of my orders and no refund. I hope y’all read your reviews before going places. I highly suggest Deano’s or The Black Rabbit right across the street instead of wasting time here.

Read moreWe anticipated a great experience after seeing this restaurant featured in Reader’s Favorite but were beyond disappointed. My wife and I stood at the entrance for nearly five minutes waiting to be acknowledged by two different waitresses at which point we went inside to ask for a booth and sat in one that was suffering too many years of use as the coverings were used up long ago. At that point, we noticed an empty outside table and asked if we could go there but waited twenty minutes(verified from our photo time-stamp). When we asked if someone could take our order, a snotty waitress declared it was not her table but would take our order. We ordered shrimp and a pizza and after a long wait, the cocktail shrimp arrived very warm. We mentioned this to the waitress who fired back; “I watched it come out of ice”. I told her I wasn’t going to argue about it as “We’ve been around a long time and know the shrimp was warm”.
We tried to eat it but couldn’t and told her this. The attitude then became hostility and she snatched the plate and said; “You aren’t interested in this”. I wasn’t granted the opportunity to finish my sentence that I planned to bring it home. The pizza was below average. I’ve had better frozen pizza.
This same waitress never brought the remaining shrimp to us but asked if she could plunk down the neighbor’s dirty silver pizza tray on our small table!! She then did just that. Disgusting and wrong practice.
Our bill came and the shrimp was charged to it. I found her and said the shrimp was charged to us despite the fact she threw it in the garbage. Her attitude-laden reply was; “YUP.” I stated there was no way I was paying for it and was not given the opportunity to finish my thoughts earlier. She sent out a tattooed person who arrived with a sneer, attitude and stood with her arms crossed without looking at me. So disrespectful…
She did take it off the bill but we left without leaving a tip and we tip 22% as a rule. It’s only the second time in my long life when I haven’t left a tip.
My aunt was a waitress and I know how hard she worked so I err in staff’s favor.
Please avoid this place as management and/or the owner must be clueless and difficult to work with as they don’t see how many details need attention both in personnel and property.

Read moreSo I order here like 4 times a week. The food is good but it seems like every time I order, they forget something. They forget my milkshakes, deserts, drinks and fries. You seriously have to be specific on everything you want. I will order a chicken blt and they won’t put bacon on it. I’ll say a chicken sandwich and they give me a sub. A subs name is “grinder” and a sandwich is “roll up” so even if you say chicken sandwich, they will some times give you an actual sandwich with fries, while other times they’ll give you a sub without fries. Their milkshakes are disgusting and taste like bad milk. Their cheese cakes are really bad. But their main food is good. I definitely order way too much but mainly it’s because I’m lazy and do not feel like cooking anything and they are the only ones that deliver around here. I know things are missed occasionally, but it is seriously every time I order something, they always forget. And it’s not like the orders I make are complicated. Also, they will verbally repeat your credit card number outloud when the register is right beside the bar. I have had it multiple times where I had to read my credit card number two or three times because sometimes they put in the security code and others they won’t.
