Reign Restaurant and Bar — Restaurant in Salisbury

First I want to say the food is very very delicious!!! BUT....the service is absolutely TERRIBLE. Not only was our waitress unfriendly she would never say you’re welcome or even say anything when she left the table. It took at least 15-20 minutes for us to get our drinks. Although The food did come promptly. Not one time, NOT ONCE did the waitress ask us was everything ok, or did we need anything. She never came back to the table until we had well finished our food. Then she comes back as say “are you all set?” We say “yes” and she attempts to walk away. But, I had to let her know that I had never been to a restaurant where the waitress NEVER check on the table. And she says, “well I told I was the only person and I didn’t have the time, we were busy” mind you there were only 5 tables including us in there. She said they were over staffed and I corrected her and said, “you mean under staffed?” She never said sorry or anything she was just like “well”. The worse seafood I ever had!! Everything was over cooked the potatoes were mash the crab was stuck to the shell the clams had a bunch of sand the season was bland absolutely no flavor. I spent $55 and would have continued to bring my business if It was even decent. I wasn’t expecting for it to be the greatest I’ve ever had but most certainly not the worse. We couldn’t even eat it because everything about it was horrible. I’m a general manager in a restaurant I’m not one to complain or make a big deal but I’m not paying that much money for something we is not even edible. I called to speak to a manager and was told no was available. The host called back and said since the food has already left they could not issue a refund even though I was willing to bring the entire thing back. I ordered 75 dollars food Togo the next day the ones of us that are shrimp and crawfish had to go to ur docs in food poising the manager owner offered to replace food which I was not crazy about I ended up agreeing hoping that it was a isolated incident when I finally went back to get food replaced owner manger whatever he is tried to charge us for some of it and was appalled that we would even take him up on his offer to replace it I even tried to give him compliment saying it taste way better then last time long story short it made us sick again I don't care to ever go back I will be contacting health department while we were there there was two tables for dinner and both were food replacement don't expect the quality food and service that last owners gave u...
