Drive thru employees are rude, incompetent, and impatient (maybe English isn't there first language). Ordered the 5$ duo and added the two drinks and fries for 10$. Wanted to try the cloud foam with cold cream; had a discount through the app. Get to the window to be told my total is $17+ and the cotton candy cloud foam is out. Ok, but why? The meal was 10 and the drinks should have been removed. I'm assuming the ?manager? (younger guy with glasses) took about 8 minutes to get order right, other young guy seemed clueless. Finally got to second window to pick up food, only to see the cotton candy drink sitting with the food slowly melting. As I pay for sauces and check burgers the 'manager' guy comes to the window and tells me to move, because I HAVE BEEN TAKING TOO LONG🤔 (I didn't have the energy to curse him out or I would have) 1.) This location had prices that were multiple dollars more than what the app stated along with wait times of around 6-8 minutes whilst no car was in front of me, I was fine with that until I noticed the man on the headset was fidgeting with the mic on and it was extremely irritating; along with the fact he spoke so fast and mumbled so much I had no idea what he was saying, the man also cut me off on every meal I ordered, so I didn't even get to properly state what I wanted. Read moreI gave 2 stars because I only went to Burger Kings to use the rewards in the app. First the dude at the window barely spoke or understood English. So when we gave him the code, even after repeating it 3 times, he said it wasn't coming up. So either it was the language barrier, or the app just doesn't work. I'm all for equal opportunity employment, but if you can't communicate well, you shouldn't be working the drive thru. Not to mention he was rushing us, so I'm sure that didn't help. My husband ends up ordering the 2/$5 Whopper Juniors, and it came to almost $10. Why, you ask? Because they charged $1.75 each to add a single half slice of bacon to each sandwich.
